You COULD live in a room that is 18ftx18ftx18ft (324 sqft of floor space). But that doesn't mean you could do so well, or happily. Stuck in a room forever with a few fake plants and nothing else. Food being delivered through a hole in the ceiling. But the point of my post wasn't an exact comparison. It was simply about being stuck in a very small space.
@Do Bo What are the other dimensions of the tank? How deep is the water? Your betta is either stunted, or still young. They are supposed to be 2-3 inches.
OMG!!! i almost hate you for educating me in such detail. i just went to redesign my poorly designed tank and spared no cost, i feel sad that i was so misinformed before buying a betta, I've gone to a proper level to make sure my fish has a happy life, no more vase, flowing water with filtration and loads of hiding spots, THANK YOU
The saddest part is that most pet stores don’t only lie to you, but they lie to themselves! They think it’s ok and then all their betta’s look so sad and when I bring them home they still seem pretty sad or sometimes die ): I started buying betta from an actual aquarium, much nicer and not a pet store, the betta there actually look alive!
This is the first time i've ever seen betta's living harmoniously together. I also originally thought that the females were more dull in colour, I stand corrected. your tanks look awesome so vibrant and lush. are the curved tanks you have 60cm?
They're actually not living harmoniously together. You can tell by their "schooling" (posturing, aka showing aggression) and constantly torn fins. They fight and they're stressed, it's not healthy for them.
killer slowpoke I got 1 of those fish and I got the same posture/behaviour with my only 1 fish in a huge tank for months... they really look healthy in those tanks for me.
There are some amazing bettas, you just need to look for those specific breeds. Most are fairly plain though. What's awesome too about female bettas is that they are also fairly cheap too compared to the males.

Wow!!! All these heavy debates about the inch of fish per gallon of water. I think your loosing sight of her purpose for her video. It's to establish a beta sorority. And she has definitely done that. With 3 tanks. Which everyone of them look amazing. The fish are calmly swimming together and they all look healthy and happy. If there was all this stress and bad water parameters it would definitely show on the fish. But their color is wonderful and so are their behaviour. The proof is in the pudding. Your tanks AND fish look amazing so keep up the videos please. I'm wanting to start a beta sorority and find your video very helpful. Thank you.
Samurai Sis well no that wouldn't be fair. big difference between betas and a flowerhorn. They are alot wider and need more room to turn and swim. that's like comparing a Volkswagen to a semi truck.
Tried lecturing all those basic aquarists saying your tanks are overcrowded. They all look like they are in great condition, keep up the good work, im sure it's a handful to keep up with so many fish but your tanks looks flawless. I'm a large tank fishkeeper but I always find it interesting to check out some of the smaller tanks people set up. thumbs up cheers
Nothing has been posted on this channel for a year. Perhaps they abandoned him for other, more personal interests. Good luck and see you. 🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠
I personally have a sorority tank with a male in it. I agree on the 5 minimun, heavy planted 15 gallons minimun tank. But, what needs to happen is getting females with the right personalities. If they are really aggressive no mater changing the decoration, adding more plants, hidding places or a larger tank. You MUST separate them. Keep extra tanks handy in case it doesn' work out.
For the inch of fish folks... a heavily planted, well-established tank will filter a TON of ammonia, nitrite/ates... I have a 55 gallon heavily planted that is a filtering MACHINE... weekly water tests, 60+ fish, never registers any of the three... haven't done anything but add water for evaporation in over 6 months
I defiantly agree with the 5 rule. I found that one way to bypass that rule (this will not always work) is with fancy guppy’s. They are non aggressive and they do well to distract the aggression in the tank. I currently have a 20 gallon long with multiple species (three female betta, three fancy guppy, pleco, and coolie loaches) space works well and guppy’s are a good distraction.
Can't argue with anything she's saying when her tanks look that great and the fish obviously look healthy and coexisting calmly and peacefully. Great video this is really helpful. I have a 5 and one female and now know I won't start a sorority until I upgrade
This was In my recommendations.. Anyways imo when people are told keep 5 min or they need to school at 5 to be at least happy. I always get one more so 6 just in cause u have a casualty u still have a school. If u do 3 betas and one dies, well now it's a 1 v 1 battle royal.
Those tanks are freaking beautiful. With all those plants the number of fish is just fine. African cichlid tanks are just as aggressive and heavily stocked and those often can't even have plants
Cichlids are aggressive. Most females are not. Some are. I have one that I had to separate, but the others school together and keep each other company.
Can i do a 10 gal with 5 bettas..? my mom won’t let me get a bigger tank than 10 and i’ve been really wanting a sorority 😭😭 (edit: also i’m the the part when you said you need an extra tank. i used to keep my make betta in a one gallon and i came across some videos where they need a minimum of 5 gallons. I begged my mom to upgrade and gave her multiple reasons of why he needed a bigger tank. She got me a 10 gal last christmas and he has been doing great in it. I added 5 neon tetras and they all have been doing good. My betta is 2 or 3 years old so i’ve been looking at sorority tanks because i know he is getting old 😬. So yeah my question is do you think that i can put 5 females in a 10 gal? without the make because i’m waiting until he.. ya know.. also i am re doing the whole tank once i get money from chores and possibly if i dog walk *mind i’m only 11* so yeah i’m gonna re do the tank with sand instead of gravel and lots of live plants. Okay this comment is getting long 😂)
That's great that you are showing so much care and enthusiasm for betta-keeping! But as she says in the video, really do _not_ even consider a betta sorority unless you have a minimum of 15 gallons -- and most other sorority keepers will only recommend a 20 gallon long tank as their minimum! What are your mom's objections to you getting a bigger tank? I'm a mom sharing the hobby with my sons, particularly my 10 year-old. If you are in the US, PetCo has frequent $1 a gallon sales for their smaller tanks (I think it's even going on right now), and a 20 gallon tank doesn't really take up _that_ much more room than a 10 gallon. But you'll also need smaller tanks for time-outs for bullied fish or their victims, or quarantine/hospital tanks. Honestly, sororities, while looking lovely, are a high-risk project, even for an experienced betta keeper. I spent six months researching, planning, preparing (large enough + multiple tanks, hardscape, lots of plants, lining up a reputable breeder), and in the end I put my sorority plans on hold indefinitely, because I'm not quite convinced that the extra preparation, vigilance, and risk justify the end. Even when not obviously fighting, the stress of the unnatural sorority setup shortens the betta girls' lives.
Honestly, I can't say I've seen more beautiful tanks than yours, even the competition tanks aren't as nice as yours. Peace, love and keep a beautiful tank!
I’m glad I watched this, I’ve been thinking of getting some betta fish. I was planning on getting 2 female betta fish in a 10 gallon, but now i know that you need a minimum of 5 female bettas :) thanks!
Wow, those nails 💅 Beautiful tanks. About 20 years ago pet stores always sold females out of a sorority tank. Now days, it seems hard to find females. Maybe a few in the little display bowls sometimes.
Hi, looking to set up a similar tank so just have a few questions. You said in the video that you have about 15 or 16 bettas in the top right tank, so your running about 1 betta per gallon (not judging at all, I'm all for overstocking) I am assuming your filtration is high (on top of the plants) just wondering what filtration you are running? Also do you think putting a clean up crew (corys and ottos) in with them would be fine? I am a little hesitant about the ottos being so small, maybe they will get picked on? Also thinking about putting in some schooling fish like cardinals or neons or rummy nose tetras, what do you think about that? love your tanks by the way, very cool and very colourful.
I got plants about 3 weeks ago (java fern and 2 anubias) and they have grown beautifully. I use no fertilizer and I'm keeping them in an aquarium starter kit for 10 gallons. The plant's leaves are spreading fabulously, you can keep plants without fertilizer and spending too much money on a light. This is working for me but you do what you do, they're your plants :)
What fertiliser you need depends on what you want to grow, Conrad. Some plants feed from the roots, some from the water column. Light intensity also depends on what you want to grow. Some plants need low light, some high.
So elouquently immaculately clean pristine water... as seen on her background... yes... liked this one... hope to maintain mine a clear water... some tips... hope you can... thanks...
for a 15 gallon- 6 females for a 20 gallon- 8 females for a 30 gallon- 12 females for a 40 gallon- 16 females for a 50 gallon- 20 females for a 60 gallon- 24 females for a 70 gallon- 28 females for a 80 gallon- 32 females for a 90 gallon- 36 females for a 100 gallon- 40 females Obviosly for the higher number of gallons maybe one or two more females than the limit is fine but each female should have 2.5 gallons or more.
Please keep posting videos! I would love to see a story time/how to treat video on your columnaris outbreak, a tour of the equipment/tanks you use, betta food/nutrition, & a video where you show every single one of your beautiful bettas and tell is where you got them from. 😄👍🏼
I have a very heavily planted tank (overgrown a bit.. but still enough room for swimming) full of mostly hornwort/coontails. It is 10 gallons and I was thinking of adding bettas. If possible I really want to add a few females. Would 5 work? If not I’ll probably get a male and a hand full of neon tetras. I mostly want bettas to eat some of the snails in the tank. What is your guys’ opinion?
I know this video is old but I thank you so much for posting it because I've been hoping to have multiple bettas in a tank but definitely want to do it the proper way and I just don't want them dying on me thank you so much blessings to you
Wow i wish i would have found your channel much sooner, how have i not came across you until now?!?!? Great video and your tanks look great, been thinking of starting a sorority, just got my first female recently after always having male community tanks with other specie of 🐟. Thanks for this very helpful starter video on female sororities
To everyone who is saying that her tank is heavily planted and over crowded with plants, to keep several bettas in one tank you have to have a lot of hiding places for the bettas to decrease aggression in the tank.
I was wondering, how you can work with these nails. I always cut them short, because I can´t even close the buttons of my jeans If they are too long O.O but maybe I´m just not talented xd
LED lights work, but I use a florescent grow light I bought at Lowe's in the garden center. For substrate, it depends on the plant. You just need some organic soil and sand for the carpet plants. Remember that some plants do better when they're not in substrate. The third most important thing after the lights and the substrate is CO² and iron. Some plants need more CO² or iron than others so if your plant is turning brown, Most likely you need more nutrients.
Damn. I just found your channel and saw you haven’t made a video in 10months. This was the first actually helpful video I’ve found about starting a Betta sorority. Everyone else that I’ve seen has acted smug as if they’ve achieved the impossible by doing it, and that viewers shouldn’t even try. Yours just gave helpful information on how to do it. Would love to see more videos from you!
would maybe 10 in a 50 gallon tank work? I have a 50 gallon tank and would love betta fish maybe even some shrimp I know it's risky but I'm willing to try
Alexandra Ross not 100% sure on this, but they say each beta should have 2-2.5gallons of water to itself. Your potential arrangement sounds like it should be okay.
Your aquariums are beautiful. Bettas are my favorite fish, I have owned them in the past successfully but now I'm struggling and don't know why. I got my two boys at Petco, one had a cloudy eye when I got him. They each had a five gallon tank. They both started to get fin rot, no matter what I tried, nothing stopped it. Since their tanks were used as quarantine they weren't cycled and they needed an established, planted tank stat. So in desperation I put the guy worst off in the guppy tank. He started doing better. Unfortunately my daughter's Betta passed at six months. We are heartbroken, he was her fishy friend, he responded to her like a doggo, knew our voices, a couple tricks. We never want to go through this again. We did everything by the book and it all went so wrong, so quickly. I feel like the industry sets us up to fail, there is so much bad info and products out there. Thank goodness for UA-camrs like you. If I ever can bring myself to buy a Betta again, they will live as fish do, in an aquarium, with plants, and other fish, not all alone. People kept telling me not to put them in my regular community tanks, but it is actually going well. Too bad it was too late for her buddy, he was the household favorite for personality. I just don't want to risk another fish till I figure out all the misconceptions I'm still struggling with. Thanks for sharing your experience. I hope to someday have Betta fish again but from a reputable source next time.
Java fern usually doesn't do well if you fully submerge the roots in the substrate. Try having it with roots slightly above the substrate, or attached to a piece of rock/wood.
Because if one is too weak the other two will gang up and kill it. If you have at least 5 the aggression is about equal to each fish which will prevent one from getting picked on too much.
Sooooo my betta fish (blue crowntail with red front fins) his name was bubble and my sister had another betta fish i went on a trip with school for few days and my sister decided instead of wasting electricity running a filter for a tank she put my fish with her fish and her fish killed my fish. Now i want a sorority tank. Idk why
Banana plant, hornwort, valisinaria plants, dwarf Lily, bucephilandria, if available in your area cabomba and anacharis (New York state has them listed as invasive and not for sale)
Female betta aren’t usually aggressive the way males are. Some are, but it’s mostly about individual personality. I also have a sorority. They school together when scared and coexist naturally and peacefully. No fighting. No flaring. I had one aggressive female one time. She’s now in a community tanks like a male fish would be. Don’t spout out opinions as if they are facts. It’s not only rude, but ignorant. Do be “that guy”😉
There are tanks at a pet shop near me that already have two females in together that seem to get on fine, if I buy them both will they get along in my tank? It's a 95L (25 gallon) tank do you think it's big enough maybe for even 5 girls?
I’ve never been interested in female betta’s because from what I’ve seen they all seem to be dull and brown but yours are so lush and vibrant, just likes the males betta’s. Where can I find betta’s like these so I can start my own sorority.💙💙💙
I dont know where you live but anywhere can have pretty female bettas... i have a dark blue, a light blue/ turquoise, a white and red, and a red and purple female. I have four in a 10 gallon and they do very well with each other. The two females with red are more dominate. All of mine are from Pet Smart 🤷🏼♀️ pretty simple.
I hope you know the only reason most females are dull and brownish colored is because there sick and not living under the right conditions that will give them thier Color
The 'alpha' in my sorority/community is my fat butterfly goldfish. She's the boss, and I find it so funny. . (P.S. She's not obese but butterflies are bred to have certain shapes and she's built like a baked bean 👍)
@@crankyboiy caauusseee that a way to kill all your fish, she saying that she knows what to do and how to but yet if she did she would of known that the tanks was highly overstock
@@troylinden369 yes true, I live in Asia and if peoples know how the wild betta live, their live is so far from a tiger life, small area, muddy, and always in danger.
So happy to see this tank had some little galaxy rasboras in it. I've been wanting to do a betta sorority super bad, but have been hesitant. One of the things that kept me from pulling the trigger is not knowing if I could house other micro fish with the sorority. I'm, sure you know but there is lots of conflicting info online 😂 I set up my first tank about 5 months ago, its a planted community tank with a male betta and it went very well.
I’m kinda worried about how many fish you have in each tank. The golden rule of thumb is 1 inch of fish per gallon of tank. If most betta reach 2 inches, and your tanks are 15 gallons, then that would be like 7 or 8 fish. It looks like you have way more than that. Plus with all the plants and decoration, that lessens the amount of water in the tank which lessens how many fish there can be. You seem to know what your doing, but your 15 gallon looks crowded. Edit: All of y’all need to chill oml I was just making an OPINION. I have seen some pretty retarded replies. Most of them have a pretty good argument tho, so ty for replying or else I wouldn’t learn. I would like to say that what I was saying was that each fish in the tank should be able to have its own gallon to itself if it wanted to get away from the other fish. Even with her tank heavily planted it almost looks impossible for a fish to get away from the other fish. And with that I will be referring to the top right tank. I myself do not have a large tank with many fish so what would I know right? She can do what she wants, since it’s clear her fish seem ok and clean. It’s just my opinion that it would be sad for a beta to be confined so closely to other fish or even other beta.
Well that’s obvious, but I’m talking about betta fish NOT fish of that size. This is a betta fish video, so I’m specifically talking about betta fish, and/or fish of the same size. Clearly I couldn’t put a 10 inch fish in a 10 gallon, and to even think that that’s what you interpreted is hilarious.
I understand what your saying, but it’s kinda a perfect rule for betta fish. It ensures that each fish will be able to have its own space. Her fish however are clustered together in a heavily planted 15 gallon tank(I am aware heavily planted tanks are perfect for bettas), and the more things that are in the tank the less gallons of water you have. I’m simply implying that FOR BETTA FISH it is a good rule to go by. I myself do not have a community tank, so I don’t have room to talk, but I am educated enough about fish to know she has too many fish in that tank. The top right one to be exact. I don’t see an issue in the other two.
Well I understand I do aquascaping of got 7 tanks. I'm an American living in Taiwan. We just got in Japanese aquarium soil I have not actually seen it until now. we use grave.l I've got to use to channel you feel free to check it out. It's called Welcome to the Wild. I got beautiful tanks by the way . Do you only have three cuz they're amazing.
Bettas aren’t the best option for a community tank. It doesn’t matter what gender the betta is, even though females are less aggressive than males, they still have the muscle to deal or even fight another betta. Bettas are very territorial, and each betta should have 2.5 gallons each and that’s only the minimum. Plus, your tank looks cramped with aggressive fish.
I have a 55gallon tank.. I want to start it again.. Bettas is one idea.i had it before with goldfish.. Bala sharks.. Red tip sharks.. Guiramis.. Columbian sharks catfish.. Will bettas b good
Leonor, to actually answer your question: yes, that's far too many fish for the tanks that they're in. There should really only be one fish per each of those tanks. And even though the amount of fish reduces aggression, it doesn't get rid of it. These fish should only be kept in solitude.
so, I got 4 fish (baby females Bettas) from my LPS. my 10 gallon tank is almost done cycling. my dad won't let me use the 20 gallon tank I have downstairs. any tips to make sure they stay safe. I don't want to research and ask questions and a lot of people are mad at me for putting them in a 10 gallon. do I get another fish to lower the chances of aggression? pls help
I just wanted to say, yes, no less than 5 females is okay but your tanks are so overcrowded. I have a 20 gallon and I only have 6 females in it. The most I would keep is 8,, which gives each female 2.5 gallons exactly. If you have more than 8 females in a 15 gallon its way over crowded. Please fix this and I will gve you a thumbs up but for now you have a thumbs down.
You need it "overcrowded" so there is no aggression. Much like chiclid tanks are often overcrowded. With over filtration and plants it can easily be done
AnimalsByA such a dumb rule that makes zero sense and has zero scientific proof to it. If your fish have room to swim they're fine. I've got peaceful schools with very aggressive fish. Danio's, Cichlids and Sharks don't usually go together but mine have no problem. It's about establishing a tank and not about size or anything like that
Omg I didn’t know I was supposed to have 5 I have 4 in a 20 long With 12 male guppies 3 of my bettas are very good together No aggression But We tried to add a girl we got a “black bag special” on Brought her back to life Faith “ bbs” is very aggressive So she got put in timeout She did hurt one guppy But Help plz! I floated her etc And she was fine then this morning She was acting all mean So I pulled her And going to get her a separator Bc We love her N she is bigger then the other 3
ha, good on you. You're doing a great job and helping others by sharing your experiences , whether they agree or not doesn't much matter. I was a fish keeper and fish shop owner for more years than you've been alive and. There are no hard fast rules. Inch per gallon, water, temps. If what you're doing works then kjeep it up. I'm interested in what temps you are using?
Hi, can you speak more slowly (a little) please? Because I am French and it's a little difficult for me of follow and understand you. So, if you do it I tkank you❤️
I'm sorry but you discredited yourself when you said a certain amount of fish for certain sizes.. but these tanks truly are overstocked. I admit, this truly is a beautiful display, but it is not safe to overpopulate a tank of 15 gallons. Sorry, I just don't think I would personally do this many fish😂 but good that you have other tanks in case things get ugly!
I am wanting to start a betta fish tank, it will take me a while because I need a lot more plants but yeah lol. I am interested in turning my 55 gallon into a betta tank. I was interested to know what a minimum betta fish tank would be for a 55? now I have many hideouts I just don't have enough real plants and I want to get real plants I don't like silk plants. In the past I had a small sorority tank it was a 30 gallon and unfortunately I added a mail which was the dumbest thing I had done so it'll just be females. Also if you have any other tips that you didn't list in your video I would be more than happy to hear them my tank originally had Corey dory's it had somebody aggressive silver gourami I had a banjo catfish I had some other fish and when I came home one day they were dead thankfully I had three that managed to survive the tank. The three survivors are in my husband's tank because he is fastidious and sometimes over cleans but his over-cleaning has saved lives so any suggestions you have for me about a 55-gallon tank I would love to hear it also do you think it's possible for female bettas to be housed with fish that are on the bottom only like a pleco or some other bottom fish like a Raphael or Corey Dory?
The tanks are pristine and spotless, the fish are active and swim calmly, stop reading rules on keeping them and use your eyes. The lady knows what she's doing and her tanks are proof of this.
True
@Do Bo You could survive just fine in a room no larger than 8 feet by 8 feet. But that doesn't mean you'd be happy. It doesn't mean you'd do well.

sean imperio they look overcrowded but if they were the bettas would kill each other because they are territorial
@@silent7589 personally I would not even use such small tanks for even 1 fish... at least 20 gal is all I would do
@newagetojo Ikr! Pretty sure this person ain't running any tanks.
@@voidremoved and i’m sitting here wondering if 5 would be okay in 29 gallons..
This is similar to cichilds where overcrowding helps reduce aggression.
Keep extra tanks handy in case it doesn' work out.
how many females with your male?
If u do 3 betas and one dies, well now it's a 1 v 1 battle royal.
bettas dont school
Those tanks are freaking beautiful. With all those plants the number of fish is just fine. African cichlid tanks are just as aggressive and heavily stocked and those often can't even have plants
J W yeah cichlids don't do well with plants lol
Cichlids are aggressive. Most females are not. Some are. I have one that I had to separate, but the others school together and keep each other company.
How many females would you keep in a 65Litre tank?

Can i do a 10 gal with 5 bettas..? my mom won’t let me get a bigger tank than 10 and i’ve been really wanting a sorority 😭😭
(edit: also i’m the the part when you said you need an extra tank. i used to keep my make betta in a one gallon and i came across some videos where they need a minimum of 5 gallons.
My 10g has 10x female dumbos
Wow, those nails 💅 Beautiful tanks. About 20 years ago pet stores always sold females out of a sorority tank. Now days, it seems hard to find females. Maybe a few in the little display bowls sometimes.
Digger X8X thank you
I would've broken all those nails while doing water changes xD
"And i won't support it" hahahah
And what kind of light do you need for the plants to grow? and the best fertiliser? thanks :)
@@Boo-md1wu what kind of light though
payton sessions you just need blue or white LED's :)
What fertiliser you need depends on what you want to grow, Conrad. Some plants feed from the roots, some from the water column. Light intensity also depends on what you want to grow. Some plants need low light, some high.
Aquarium Co op has a good root fertilizer
So elouquently immaculately clean pristine water... as seen on her background... yes... liked this one... hope to maintain mine a clear water... some tips... hope you can... thanks...
Those 3 tanks were hands down the best Betta tanks I’ve ever seen!! Well done !! 👌
for a 15 gallon- 6 females
for a 20 gallon- 8 females
for a 30 gallon- 12 females
for a 40 gallon- 16 females
for a 50 gallon- 20 females
for a 60 gallon- 24 females
for a 70 gallon- 28 females
for a 80 gallon- 32 females
for a 90 gallon- 36 females
for a 100 gallon- 40 females
Obviosly for the higher number of gallons maybe one or two more females than the limit is fine but each female should have 2.5 gallons or more.

To everyone who is saying that her tank is heavily planted and over crowded with plants, to keep several bettas in one tank you have to have a lot of hiding places for the bettas to decrease aggression in the tank.

How many female bettas in a tall 20 gallon? And can I keep a male with them
no males with them.
what kinda light and substrates do you use to grow those plants?
can you make it detail?
thank you
LED lights work, but I use a florescent grow light I bought at Lowe's in the garden center.

Alexandra Ross not 100% sure on this, but they say each beta should have 2-2.5gallons of water to itself. Your potential arrangement sounds like it should be okay.

Hi, could you please add the link for the 15 gal tank! ❤️ I love your tank set ups !!!!
Great video! Very informative 👌

Why cant i keep three betta fish in the same tank
Because if one is too weak the other two will gang up and kill it. If you have at least 5 the aggression is about equal to each fish which will prevent one from getting picked on too much.
Sooooo my betta fish (blue crowntail with red front fins) his name was bubble and my sister had another betta fish i went on a trip with school for few days and my sister decided instead of wasting electricity running a filter for a tank she put my fish with her fish and her fish killed my fish. Who says they keep their bettas in a glass bowl?

I have four in a 10 gallon and they do very well with each other. The two females with red are more dominate. All of mine are from Pet Smart 🤷🏼♀️ pretty simple.
I hope you know the only reason most females are dull and brownish colored is because there sick and not living under the right conditions that will give them thier Color

Navesepia NO. the 1 inch 1 gallon rule is WRONG. you cannot put a 10 inch oscar in a 10gallon, or a 15 inch arowana in a 15 gallon.
Navesepia the 1inch per gallon is absolute crap
Beautiful tanks

Bettas aren’t the best option for a community tank. It doesn’t matter what gender the betta is, even though females are less aggressive than males, they still have the muscle to deal or even fight another betta. Bettas are very territorial, and each betta should have 2.5 gallons each and that’s only the minimum. Plus, your tank looks cramped with aggressive fish.
Bettas can. Be in a community tank
sorry I said community tank instead of a betta sorority!

Lol
You need it "overcrowded" so there is no aggression. Much like chiclid tanks are often overcrowded. With over filtration and plants it can easily be done
rob so...abuse fish to achieve what YOU want? Great morale
AnimalsByA such a dumb rule that makes zero sense and has zero scientific proof to it. If your fish have room to swim they're fine. I've got peaceful schools with very aggressive fish. Danio's, Cichlids and Sharks don't usually go together but mine have no problem. It's about establishing a tank and not about size or anything like that
Jordan Graff you're right. Female bettas have a territory if 15g in the wild. So there would need to be 15g per female, to avoid stress.

Does this have CO2?
That all did at the time yes
