I've got the Texas Speed 1 7/8" headers with a full exhaust. Lowered on Strano springs, my ws6 looks like yours, clearance wise. I can't even go over a damn speed bump without scraping.
mine gets maybe 15-16 city if I drive it nicely, mid twentys highway. I have a similar set-up to this. Overlap, gears, tune.... those are the big three in gas mileage department. Get a cam with less overlap in the high 220's or low 230's duration (@50) this will also allow you to run a higher gear (lower numerically) and with a good tune you can get quite good gas mileage. Modern EFI v8's are much better than what people assume, they base that off old carbed v8 that get single digit mileage.

When I took the cover off my LS too replace Main Seal the cam* had F1 etched on it ... Is this stock or After market ?!! Guess I will go too dealer and see If The stock 2002 LS1 cam has this interesting
Car is amazing man. What were you thinking of buying before you bought this car. I'm in a bind between a C5z and a WS6. I love the sound, looks, and lighter weight/better aerodynamics on the C5z, but I like that you can get a clean WS6 for almost half the price of a clean C5z and you don't get a corvette tax on a lot of bolt on parts/exterior/etc. I'm pretty serious into 1/4 racing, but I can only make it to the track once every two weeks so it'll mostly be a street car. Any advice? Thanks man
Maybe with a perfect tune. Would suggest maybe ms3 cams for daily, but even still might be too much. Not saying it's impossible. Just not pleasant in daily driving conditions.
Why do people think "untuned" cars sound good? It sounds like it will run like crap. Why spend the money on mods, just leave it stock and tune take off a couple of spark plug wires for that mean "loping" sound. smh

cam sounds good ,ive had red auto n green 6 speed but i never liked turndowns on these better for old 5.0 fox
