I recently did the front struts, and used your last video as a guide. Thank you very much. I will say that if you are going to change out all the strut parts like I did, there is definitely a learning curve to using that spring compressor successfully, I did have to experiment to find a successful technique.

I am glad you did that and learn many things out of your project. Some time you get into the situation you dont expect like in this video, I have to cut couple of the parts. This is the beauty to work yourself on a project and when you are done, it gives lots of satisfaction. Keep learning and enjoying project. Thanks for the feedback.

I cant say what is best. I have used couple of different brands. Bahco and Blue point. So I can say I trust these two brands. There are tons of different brands both cheap and expensive. I wouldn't go with the cheap option because of risk factor. So I would go medium level or higher end brands. Bpth Bahco and Blue Point are medium level brands.

Just to let you know you did not need to open track rod end or lower arm .just open 3 bolts on top shock Mount push down the hub and out comes the whole unit from the top and just lift out shock from hub 15min job
