Oh wow i just dug one of these out of my dads hiking gear and all she needed was a touch of lube on the seals and i was surprised that 10 pumps on that had a solid burn for well over 20 minutes.
These were built to last!
Don't worry too much about the pot rests fatiguing. They get annealed every time you use the stove.
