Love my GT aggressor pro.Did have to re-adjust the shifters with the thumb shifters more angled back towards me so I can down shift gears more easily.Dicks sport goods has an awesome customer experience.Had to return one today because back derailer got damaged bicycle but fortunately I purchased the two year warranty back in January so it was no problem with doing an exchange.Dicks Sporting goods is the only place I will buy a bicycle from now on.
If you have a slightly higher budget, I recommend a cube aim race for around £500, it has hydraulic brakes, 24 speed, Sr Suntour XCM with remote lockout exc.

J you totally know what your talking bout. May i make one suggestion for an up grade that you Will notice over anything else. Throw a set of MAXXIS tires on that GT.. They Don't even need to be set up tubless(even though tubeless is the way to go)to get a huge boost in performance. You'll stick to the ground so much better, hit corners so much harder. A nice set of tires makes the world of difference.. Oh, and put a shorter syem, ask for a 35mm stem +or-5mm... trust me.. Sick bike bruddah
I'm 27 and always enjoyed riding a bike but after spending about 4 months cruising around the park on my walmart bike I decided to go up a step and get this bike. Got an XL size used (I'm a big dude haha) and it's been a total blast to learn on. I did replace the pedals (the stock ones have basically zero grip) and I'm going up to 2.35 tires soon I think. Of course I want to go up to a FS trail bike at some point in the future but for less than the cost of a playstation you can get out and have fun on the trails

@@wadetorgerson1277 I’m 6’4” 265 and I still love this bike. I did taco the front wheel off a drop at one point and I’ve since replaced tires, stem/bars/grips, front fork, and gear set. But he might not ride trails on it like I do idk. He probably won’t easily find one much bigger, it fits me pretty well anyway

Really wanted the Matte black but given the shortage of bikes everywhere at the moment, I will take any color. I am a beginner mountain biker and wanted a descent but good Mountain bike.

I've had it for about a month now. Nice bike. No huge complaints. Might upgrade the grips and pedals and maybe a shorter stem later. Maybe a more comfy seat. OK a few things to upgrade, but for now? I dig it. Good entry bike.

@@punithpunith I had to keep checking the website. Then they finally got some in. Not the color I wanted, but I had to jump on it. My bike looks like a Christmas tree.
my brakes also rubbed when I got it from Dick's I had to take it back and have them adjust it then my back rim because of the spokes weren't tightened properly and also my headset bolts were uneven like you said and a lot of other stuff was loose on it luckily I am mechanically inclined and I looked at it and tightened a lot of stuff but I did have to bring it to Dick's and have them straighten the back room and tighten up and adjust the brakes seems to be good to go though now

It’s a good bike but you can get an orbea mx26 for £430, it has hydrolic disc brakes, suntor Xct suspension, 24 gears, 26 inch tires and and an alliminium and carbon frame.

It’s a great bike for intermediate trails and stuff but once you put some upgrades on it then it’s great for any trail
