Hey everyone! It’s Brian Khou aka “B” I shot and edited this video along with some of his other ones like the one with DLB/Kai Green, Hulk Smash and I Am The One. This day started off no different than the others. I arrived early, setup and hit record. Larry Wheels arrived and CT humbly went to greet him. Thanks for all your work. But i have a question, do you have any clue to what happened to the audio of this vid: CT Fletcher "A Deepest, Sincerest Fuck You" From the Archives Edited by Arash. i guess it was not edited by you, but it was one of my favorites videos, and the audio is ruined. Can something be done? Very much appreciated
This man, CT Fletcher, saved my life when I randomly came across his video 10 years ago. I was unhappy and depressed, and nothing was going right. One night, I clicked on a video with the Hulk, and it was like he was talking directly to me, completely changing my life. I lost weight, fought my way back to school while working a full-time job, and righted every wrong I had ever made. I am currently a clinician because of the motivation from those videos and the ideology of ISYMFS!! I wish CT the best in his next endeavors.
If this was CT’s last training video I want to thank you Mr. Fletcher for making these videos. 10yrs ago you saved my life. Watching your videos got me into fitness, you made it look so cool. You mean so much to millions. Thanks for the motivation
Man what a journey. Nobody will ever replicate that 2012-2018ish era of UA-cam/IG fitness community. This dude was an integral part of all our lives for the past decade. I’m gonna miss him but damn am I glad to say that it happened and I got to be around to witness him. Those prime videos with hulk, Bradley martyn, Matt ogus, Steve cook, Leroy Walker, Mike o’hearn, big Rob, bulo, Mike rashid, big hurk, Kali muscle, rich piana, mark bell, the OG strength cartel etc etc were some of the best videos of my life (and I know I’m missing many). This was no different and a beautiful send off. Thank you to everyone involved in making this video. CT and his videos will live on forever. Edit: see below comment thread for more reminiscing lol. One year ago I was 270 pounds, fighting high cholesterol, depression and a ton of demons. Because of YOU CT, and your videos which I have watched all of them… I became an IRON ADDICT once again and ONE YEAR LATER I am down to 243 pounds, getting my cholesterol under control, in the best shape of my life nearing my 50’s…and nearing my goal of entering the 1,000 pound club…thank you Mr. Fletcher…thank you and may GOD BLESS you.😢😢😢❤❤❤
@@egroegartfart Thank you brother, first of all to be honest I am currently on one medication for my cholesterol but based on what my doctor said about my progress I should be off of it by next year. What I believe is also helping is first I have a pescatarian diet. I eat mostly fish and seafood, vegetables and fruit. Barely any chicken, and no red meat. When I started eating this way, the weight dropped off and my cholesterol greatly improved. Eating a ton of fruits and vegetables have been known to reverse bad cholesterol drastically. But let me be clear, you don’t have to give up red meat entirely, I chose to for health reasons, but I still eat chicken from time to time, and I have eaten goat meat especially when I go over to my mom and she cooks it for dinner (you eat what you mother makes for you…lol). However the amount of meat you eat should be greatly reduced. If you’re eating red meat every daily or every other day that maybe a problem, because although it is excellent protein to build muscle mass, it also has a lot of fat that clogs arteries. My suggestion if you are willing to try is to cut out meat and chicken for six months to a year if possible and see how you feel. And if you feel like eating meat again, reintroduce into your diet at small quantities, or like a treat like every weekend. I hope this helps, brother, good luck.
@@egroegartfart One more thing, I know you’re against medication, but I would try at least one, if your doctor suggests it, it does help, and it does not mean you have to be on it forever. First and foremost, CT, Unc thank you for everything. Thank you for the inspiration, motivation, courage, power, will, and dedication of heart and mind that were taken, learned and put into practice from you. I have learned to keep pushing on even when we get knocked down to our lowest low, dont give up and dont give in. I grew up in Southern California and moved away but whenever i watch a video from CT i was brought right back to my roots for training, in a small garage in a little backyard in Covina, my friends and i called it the thunder dome, and we always had CT yelling "its still your mother f***ing set!" Mad to think that I was watching CT vids etc nearly a decade a go, and he STILL has influence in the weight lifting scene...... That major props in itself!
thanks for everything CT. you’re an icon and inspiration to many, I was listening to some of your songs/speeches on spotify training chest this afternoon lol
CT looks good. I'm glad he can bow out this gracefully. The OG, POPs, UNC, ICON, etc... Ct is all that plus more and I'm glad he's still here to get his flowers 💪🏾
Thank you so much CT Fletcher! You were a major component of inspiration for me when I got in shape, all the clips of you from makaveli motivation while I ate or while I was going to the gym.
CT makes me want to get back to the gym... the gym was my outlet to release all pain , rage & everything I've went through in life growing up... lost a lot of people & that was my fuel... I just lost my brother last year & I'm feeling that pain & rage again. Just seeing 2 videos of CT is motivational to say the least.... Thanks CT

CT my daughter Aspen and I will never forget you making that Christmas Card video for her. She never gave up, just turned 16 and is a Senior in high school this year with a 4.0 and is currently sitting on more than 30 college scholarships. Thank you for your inspiration 🤝🤙🤷♂️ Love you Pops!!
CT is ultimately the person who motivated me to take working out seriously back when I was just a kid with the “strongest man you’ve never heard of” video. I’m now in my mid 20s and still training every day with multiple achievements I never thought possible because of him showing what could be done.
"Don’t look for an easy way out. Nobody wants to work hard these days. Everybody wants the easy way - the 20 minute abs, the 10 minute this, the 10 minute that. … F**k that! Come to the gym. Work your ass off. Earn it. … They said: “You can’t do it. You’re going to die.” I said: “Well, I’d rather die doing what I love to do than sitting at home looking at TV.” I’m CT Fletcher: Six-time world champion, three-time world champion (drug free) bench presser, three-time world strict curl champion. … What happened (and it took until 2005 for my attitude to change and be humbled) was the fact that I had to have emergency open-heart surgery. I was rushed to the emergency room more times than I care remember. … I was 260 before the operation, so I lost 45-50 pounds just to try and not have the operation, but it didn’t work. I came out of that surgery weighing 190 pounds, looking like I never lifted weights in my life. I was a human skeleton. … It took me almost 2 years to recover. … I still want to go back and defend the unbroken 225 strict curl record. I’d like to do it at the age of 54 -be able to do what I did at the age of 30. I think that would be pretty cool to come back 24 years later and do the same thing at a much lighter body weight - and 24 years older. … 20 minute abs, 20 minute calves, 20 minute butt, 20 minute any-f***ing-thing is a pile of bulls**t. If you see somebody with great abs, a great butt, a great whatever, they didn’t do the s**t in 20 minutes, and if they tell you they did, they are a f***ing liar. Trust me on that. No matter what, cause I hate complainers and I hate criers … if I could come in here with a metal valve implanted in my chest, taking 10 different medicines just to stay alive every day and do my workout, you have no excuses. So no matter what - your nose bleeds, it’s that time of the month, the kids are crying, you don’t feel like it, your back hurts, you got aches and pains - it’s still your mother-f****ng set. Let’s get it done.”
Massive respect to you CT- you are such an awesome inspiration- I had your voice shouting in my head when I work out and when I went through selection for the Army and then subsequent training when I got in. This may be your last video, but your legend will live on. Much love Brother!

Thank you for teaching us to look the demons in the face and say F#ck You. IYMFS for life.

Mad to think that I was watching CT vids etc nearly a decade a go, and he STILL has influence in the weight lifting scene...... That major props in itself!
CT the legend. This man had me in the gym acting like I was somebody I wasn't, listening to all that motivation over the years😂😂😂 bless him.
Think you can lift the whole building after listening to him haha.
His son must take over this!! He has to carry the CT Fletcher legacy.
He should first learn to go to failure with good form, and then do his half reps after...
His son is a joke
@@carpenterdom1639everyone says that but Imm ct is proud of his son and thinks he’s doing amazing if ct dosent think he’s a joke then he’s not a joke
I wish it were true but there's only 1 CT Fletcher these mother****s don't grow on trees
@@carpenterdom1639what a asshole thing to say under this video of CT . Reevaluate yourself homie
thanks for everything CT. you’re an icon and inspiration to many, I was listening to some of your songs/speeches on spotify training chest this afternoon lol
I was 15 when I saw CT’s infamous Bench Press video… for the following 7-years he was a daily source of energy and motivation. Thank you CT.
CT looks good. I'm glad he can bow out this gracefully. The OG, POPs, UNC, ICON, etc... Ct is all that plus more and I'm glad he's still here to get his flowers 💪🏾
Big respect and thank you for the privilege to meet you and train directly in your gym with you Mr CT Fletcher! What a legend!
Thanks CT

Thank you C.T. M.F. Fletcher. You inspired me then and now. Always will. You are a legend.
Salute, Many Thanks for the positive energy as well as the inspiration shared during your trials throughout the years. Blessings Always CT and Team!!!
Much love CT I’m in the Army been about 14 years now everyday I work out to one of your videos(currently deployed and nothing has changed)
MRF-D?
CT is ultimately the person who motivated me to take working out seriously back when I was just a kid with the “strongest man you’ve never heard of” video. I’m now in my mid 20s and still training every day with multiple achievements I never thought possible because of him showing what could be done.
"Don’t look for an easy way out. Nobody wants to work hard these days. Everybody wants the easy way - the 20 minute abs, the 10 minute this, the 10 minute that. … F**k that! Come to the gym. Work your ass off. Earn it. …
They said: “You can’t do it. You’re going to die.” I said: “Well, I’d rather die doing what I love to do than sitting at home looking at TV.”
I’m CT Fletcher: Six-time world champion, three-time world champion (drug free) bench presser, three-time world strict curl champion. …
What happened (and it took until 2005 for my attitude to change and be humbled) was the fact that I had to have emergency open-heart surgery. …
I still want to go back and defend the unbroken 225 strict curl record. I’d like to do it at the age of 54 -be able to do what I did at the age of 30. I think that would be pretty cool to come back 24 years later and do the same thing at a much lighter body weight - and 24 years older. …
20 minute abs, 20 minute calves, 20 minute butt, 20 minute any-f***ing-thing is a pile of bulls**t.
Thanks for this do you know which video this is from?

Massive respect to you CT- you are such an awesome inspiration- I had your voice shouting in my head when I work out and when I went through selection for the Army and then subsequent training when I got in. This may be your last video, but your legend will live on. Much love Brother!

CT man you are a beast, when I first came across your UA-cam channel back in 2015 and it was Penitentiary Arms. That got me hyped up and motivated to start the gym and it has changed my life man, so thank you for everything CT the GOAT 🐐💪🏽
CT is a gigantic inspiration to me. Can't tell you how many times I envision him motivating me during my workouts.

A legend passing the torch! Such a collection of talent, hard work, blood, sweat, and tears! Few will ever be able to bring people together like CT 💪#therecanonlybeone
Started watching this man 8 years ago and he was a huge inspiration and gave me so much motivation in the gym. I’m no crazy beast by any means but I def don’t think I would’ve got this far without this guy in my ear telling me to command my muscles to grow. Today near the end of my cut I sit at 172 with over 90lbs of muscle mass and 8% body fat. Thank u for all you’ve done in this community, Ik you’ve inspired many young men such as myself ❤️🙏🏾
Thank you for EVERYTHING C.T. ! I Love You Brotha! Thank you all Mr. Kong, Mr. Smash, Mr. Maddox, and Mr. Wheels for the motivation!

I remember back in 2013 I first watched the video ‘The Strongest Man You’ve Never Heard of’. I was 19 and I wanted to be just like you. What an amazing run you’ve had, bringing bodybuilders, power lifters, and just a whole bunch of big sidewalk crackin mfs together. You will always go down as a Legend in my book. Along with a lot of other peoples’.
Thank you CT. I found your OG vids back in 2013. Back then I was a 95 lb weak boy. Now I am a record holder in powerlifting. The impact you have had on not only my life but millions will never go unnoticed. Now at 32 it’s still my MOTHER FUCKING SET! Enjoy life legend.
What’s your record

Bro I remember CT 2010s, so much motivation. Thanks man, for all the motivation you’ve brought to us and the energy you brought to the table will live on as long as the iron does.
The first video I’ve ever seen with this channel, was “i command you to grow” age 24. I swear that was the reason I wanted to get big AF. 11 years, and still going 💪🏼. Thank you for all the inspiration to get up off my ass and work for it!

Funnily enough, I've been on a bodybuilding/weight lifting video binge the last few days and I found myself missing CT's videos and thinking I should tune in. Discovered the man 10 years ago and was inspired to improve my health. His videos, with his unique vernacular and style, are workout motivation like no other.

ONE OF THE BEST VIDEOS
It’s crazy how I went from watching my brother tap into the energy of these cts videos as a kid wondering why he works out crazy like them. Then in my intermediate fitness journey out of nowhere I just randomly tapped into his videos and went 10 times harder.Especially the curl video with Kai green.Legends💯
Thank you CT for all the motivation over the years.
CT has been one of my greatest sources of inspiration for more than a decade. Thanks CT.
Thank Mr. Fletcher , you truly inspired me to get at it when times got difficult and i wanted to give up , God bless you with many many years of prosperity. Keep on lifting ❤
This video is pure motivation. I watch this while I’m bench pressing in my room. Pure gold
Its so sad to see this. I remember first seeing him in highschool! He motivated me and so many others to get after it. Time really is the saddest part of life. Now here we are in 2023 and we’re watching him for the last time 😢. Thanks for everything CT.
