    Great video. it seems you are a gifted runner. You mentioned you hold 3:5? in the 5k, that you could hold 4 05 for longer. that means you can have a sub 1h 30 min easily (~4:15/km). with the volume you mentioned (on the low side 30k/wk), your pace is pure talent. in addition, you could increase your game more by improving your running form, based on the footage you showed. so exploit your talent, mate.

      Thanks mate for the kind words 🙂 I have at times felt guilty for the results I see in my running despite not working as hard as other runners.
      Since this video I’ve worked at my running form a fair bit but still work to do.
      Also, you should check out my half marathon video from 2022. You got pretty close with your race prediction 🙂
