RECIPE #01: 00:00 This vegetable soup is like medicine for my stomach!
2 onions.
sunflower oil.
Fry over medium heat.
Leek.
2 garlic.
1 carrot.
3 zucchini.
Fill with water up to the level of the vegetables.
Cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes.
1 broccoli.
Ginger.
Cook until vegetables are done.
1 processed cheese.
Grate on a fine grater.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
3 slices of bread.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Red pepper.
Dried garlic.
Mix well.
Roasted golden brown.
The soup is ready!
Grind with a blender.
Dill.
Bon appetit!
RECIPE #02: 04:50 Turkish Soup You Can't Stop Eating!
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry for 3 minutes.
1 carrot.
2 potatoes.
Add potatoes and stir.
2 garlic.
Fry for 7-10 minutes.
2 leeks.
Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Lentils 2 cups.
Rinse well with water.
This is a very tasty and healthy recipe!
Fill with water.
Cover with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Vegetable broth.
Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
4 slices of bread.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Olive oil.
Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
Vegetables are ready!
Grind until smooth.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Oregano.
Mix well.
Cook the soup for another 3-5 minutes.
The bread is ready!
Dill.
1 garlic.
Olive oil.
What a scent!
2 tablespoons butter.
Melt the butter.
Red pepper 1 tablespoon.
Mix well.
Bon appetit!
RECIPE #03: 11:04 Recipe for healthy leek soup!
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
Leek.
2 garlic.
Chop finely.
1 carrot.
Fry vegetables for 5-7 minutes.
2 potatoes.
Mix the vegetables well.
1 zucchini.
Fill with water.
Cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes.
1 broccoli.
Ginger.
Mix well.
1 processed cheese.
Grate on a fine grater.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
Grind with a blender.
Red pepper.
Very fragrant!
3 slices of bread.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Oregano.
Dried garlic.
Italian herbs.
Roasted golden brown.
Parsley.
Bon appetit!
RECIPE #04: 17:21 Potato soup recipe!
1 onion. Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
1 carrot.
3 potatoes.
5 pickled cucumbers.
Vegetable broth 900 ml.
Dill.
Salt.
Cover the soup with a lid and simmer for 12-15 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
3 slices of bread.
Olive oil.
Hard cheese.
Salt.
Dried garlic.
Add cheese.
Red pepper.
Italian herbs.
Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
Greek yogurt / sour cream 100 gr.
Vegetable broth 100 ml.
Flour 1 tablespoon.
Juice from pickled cucumbers 2-3 tablespoons.
Black pepper.
Let the soup boil over low heat for 5 minutes.
Dill.
Bon appetit!
RECIPE #05: 22:43 Delicious and healthy soup with broccoli!
Olive oil.
1 onion.
Celery 300 gr.
3 potatoes.
Vegetable broth 900 ml.
Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
Frozen peas 200 gr.
3 bay leaves.
Cook vegetables for 12 minutes.
1 broccoli.
Cook the vegetables until cooked.
4 slices of bread.
Take out the bay leaf.
Grind the soup until smooth.
Cream 250 ml.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Bring the soup to a boil.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Dried garlic.
Italian herbs.
Red pepper.
Mix well.
Very fragrant!
Roasted golden brown.
Parsley.
Bon appetit!
