Basically:
1. Train your flexibility
2. Train your musclee for martial arts, NOT bodybuilding
3. Shadow sparring
4. Be creative with what you have
Love you nat you're helped me a lot since I started watching you monghs ago
Pretty much, and thank you, glad you’re enjoying the vids💪
“All at a cheap, reduced price” great line!!
bro is majestic
While these advices are good, there is something that bothers me about shadow sparring. I'm currently practicing a martial art that is very obscure. While I can practice different strikes and knive mouvements, as well as different rolls since I have a lot of space where I live, most of the techniques are used for takedowns and my online instructor tells me that it's better if I have a training partner instead of using a training dummy. Sure, I could go to one of 2 Okichitaw schools, but they are located in Toronto and I need to make a long trip to get there.
HOW TO DO MARTIAL ARTS WITH NO EQUIPMENT
@@dumitriuflorentina6137bro the video is about that...
Pick the closest martial art school with similar throws/grappling and either
1. Try to ignore the added stuff from the other art.
Or 2. Take what you can use and apply it. Especially if they offer sparring where a simple conversation with the trainer/coach could mean sparring in your style to adapt everything
No martial art is completely unique AND effective. So if there's nothing that is similar, it's probably best to move on unless culturally important.
How To Do Martial Arts With NO Equipment
No equipments : No problem
No younger bro : BIG problem
Hi Nat. 2,5 years ago (I think) I started watching baki and that made me want to join a martial arts club. One day, one of your kick tutorials popped on my feed. I passed 2 years practicing with your videos, and stretching every day.
Half an year ago I joined a taekwondo club, and by practicing with your videos for those years, I manage to get really good.
I just wanted to thank you, and good luck with your channel🔥🔥
He has gotta be on day 365 of his mewing streak
🧏🏻🤫🤫
thanks for making my life easier in the classes i take in martial arts
You’re welcome🤝
Another awesome video! You never miss! Always smashing the content!
The problem about Shadow Sparring is that it wouldn't be practical for me in a real fight.
In Shadow Sparring, I can dodge anything because I already know what my imaginary opponent is going to do, because I control the imaginary opponent :(
True
Daaamn exactly what I needed
Love your videos man! You helped me grow soo much! And even now, you continue to motivate me and help me, you're really the best martial arts content creator! Everyone, get this man to 1 million! He's dangerously close! Close the gap c'mon!
Appreciate this comment, means a lot👊👊that’s why I do it
Thanks Nat...this is what I've been looking for👍
No problem👍
Love your vids u fr helped me a lot for my tournaments tysm!!❤
Thank you! Glad the vids help👊
This was good to hear, much appreciated
You’re welcome👊
Wait needed equipment to practice!?!? Isn't that what siblings are for
True😎
Cheers for the advice Nat big help I appreciate it👍
You’re welcome, glad it helps👊
Nice topic brother
Really needed this video ❤
Thank you bro👊
Gonna buy your program at some point
Is lucid dreaming a good tactic to spar?
Lol, idk if this is a joke but you won’t build muscle memory and idk much abt lucid dreams but it might require incredible focus to do so.
Nice, thanks man!👍👍
You’re welcome bro👊
Bro thank you for the tips baby brother didnt stand a chance💪💪🗿🗿
I have weighted gloves and anklets ( food for fast footwork drill and plyometric power training :)
Hey Nat, its boxer commenting guy again here...funny! So so so very funny! I am now learning/instructing JuJitsu! Maybe a video centered around 3 key leg stretching exercises for roundhouse kicks, sweep throws, push kicks, snap kicks and general hip flexibility. Coming from boxing my arms, shoulders, traps and delts are fine but the hip flexors & legs need work.
Again, if you're ever in Lancaster I wouldn't mind sparring you or having a chat
I’ll see what I can do, and I’ll bear that in mind👊
Keep going like this and make some videos of combos of karate
Video 17 of commenting smt nice on nats channel until he reaches one mil subs. Your beard is really cool imo love it and also your hair is really cool too. and also one of the first.👊👊🤝🤝👍👍
Thank you bro hahah the beard is gone now, bit too patchy😂
Great video, can you make a tutorial on how to develop reflexes without equipment?
again an amazing video bro i got a question i train mauy thai and the other day i gave someone a roundhouse to the leg as they wanted to try take one anyway i ended up kicking them and they felt it but was ok i realised i ended up hurting my self more than i did them my technique was decent and i had power and i never kicked bone but my shines was killing ive conditioned them a tiny bit but not enough i also broke my leg pretty bad when i was younger and am worried of breaking it again as a mauy thai fighter it sounds stupid asking this but what are ur best methods to conditioning and maybe u can make a little video on it
Hey Nat, regarding your flexibility program, is it in the format of readymade videos which we can watch anytime we want or is it a time limited program of sort.
I plan to purchase the program but I am going to use it after my finals are over.
Hoping for a response
Keep up the good work!
when I was younger I did karate but after 2 months of doing the same 2 exercices over and over again with no sparing I lost interest is this the normal way of teaching karate or was I simply unlucky as a child
I'm already 6'3 my kicks are head level already 😂,
I've been shadow boxing for months now,
Great video btw.
my TKD (ITF) black belt test is in a month and i have you to thank for a lot of my training
As someone with a 3rd dan and has been training for many years ITF, let me just tell you that there no need to worry, if you keep calm you will also do amazing in the tuls and stuff
No problem, good luck for that grading, I’m sure you’ll smash it👍
Nat, I overslep😭😭😭
It would be cool if you reacted to sport karate
Can you please do a 720 kick I would be so cool
Here comes coach
Can You react to Karate Kid 2010 Fight Scenes Like OMG the Karate/Kung Fu in that Movie is actually insane I def recommend. 💪💪
Im learning muay thai with a video course! Any advice Nat?
Thanks for the video, it helped me very much. And can you show us how to do muay thai at home?
You’re welcome, and I’m probably not the best person to ask for that, because I do karate not Muay Thai
@@nathearnOkay and thanks for your videos they helped me a lot, i started muay thai a few days ago and its very fun to practice and train.
You look like Ivan Drago if he was British
My shoulders joints prevent me from delivering powerful hits but I can with my legs.
What should I do if I don't have a punching bag? I have something that looks like a punching bag, but I don't know where to put it
i watched a few of your shorts. you know a lot of moves. you must be a pretty good fighter, huh?
I've never felt so summed up in a video hahaha 😅
How often should I stretch. I stretched and I tore my muscle. How can I avoid it next time
Don't overdo it, if you sore after a stretching session, strech lightly the other day
Counter missed the last
Bro casually flexed his perfect pushups 😅
Hahah they’re not perfect
Shadow sparring is my favourite
I do it all the time especially when im bored
My parents get confused and think im stupid but shadow sparring is proven to strength your techniques and your mind
good for u they just think ur stupid but mine insult me and say go study you will get nothing with doing that shit can't even workout with them around 😢
Hey Nat can you rate or react to my country martial arts?(silat) Im really curious about your thoughts in silat because silat is not popular in Europe so yeah I'm curious about your thoughts about it
What is it?
w video
infiltrate a McDojo, you wouldn't haha
You guys use equipment?
Day ninety three of asking teach me kyokoshin krate or shotokan
I assume he meant cup noodles or something when he mentioned waiting for your noodles to be done in the microwave. That sentence kinda came off hilariously and probably was on the fly
Correction, 6 times.
i need to learn the boxing roundhouse (this is a joke their is no such thing as a boxing roundhouse)
with no equipments
conditioning is good thing to make stronger leg and knuckles
👍👍
mogged
why is this video so randomly funny
plz give kumite tips
Hi nat 🙃
Hello bro👊
theres no defeat if you never admit it.Oss
equipment
nope. if you want to be good at martial arts you need 3000 dollars worth of gloves, heavy bags, gym/dojo memberships and obviously mike tyson's signed taekwondo black belt, and at least two flexibility courses (ideally even three!) also karate doesn't work🤓 and kicks are for noobies and mcdojojos!😂 (im joking, us boxers RESPECT other martial arts while maintaining that boxing is the best for us, no shame in anyone's game!)
😂😂respect bro👊
back kicks on trees . punching bare knuckle on trees and everything you see . and my one finger is seeing red and got fat and hurting 😅
Me when with equipment: ahh... Why am i so weak.
Me without equipment: 1v3 like a maniac*
I dont know why, but im bad at 1v1, but at 1v2 or 1v3 i always do better.
where are you from?
With his accent he IS british
It’s been a while since I commented this but please do a series where you go to a mcdojo for a week
love that idea
1:27 bro uppercuts so clean it breaks the air's ribs
Bro I need your help
I am a biginner
I am about to start (weight lose, strengthening,etc.)...but ...I dunno how to start .so I want your advice bro.
I am also interested in boxing so I need your help 😅
Just start
Hey I just started and i have zero idea about martial arts. Just start like the other mate said thats all.
See some of his videos on how he does it and adapt it to yourself.
Also be creative. Even if you might think "nah i thought about something too stupid" do it anyways, as long as it works for your body it doesn't matter how it is.
You will gain more flexibility and you will be feeling better. Don't expect a huge change in one day obviously. But you will start feeling it very very soon, probably in just a week or two, even mentally. Focus on that goal. Rest the days you need, if you don't give up you will need less resting with time. Listen to your body, always.
JUST START
stretch constantly forever, learn the most basic punch, and learn about basic footwork principles, these things are mostly easy to do and are invaluable to understand
“It’s horrible but it is worth it” can be applied to so many things related to the martial arts universe. [Not your vids and tips thou. They are the extreme opposite of horrible, Nat! ]😅😂
True, and thank you!😂👊👊
you sai equipment 13 times
😂😂
Bro just get start another channel on mewing and lookmaxing
Equipment count: 11
I got equipment but i dont know what to do, im shy to go to gym or have a trainer, introvert problems damn
Best place is home. I hate public gyms. You don't need to spend money at all. Just start it doesn't matter. You can watch his videos and try to do the same, as long as you work your body physically, you will eventually get there
@@FvgDerwydd update: i have started doing kickboxing at home, i watch 20-30 min kickboxing workout videos and follow their steps, i do watch his videos too and practice to follow his kicks
HOW TALL ARE YOU?
6 foot bro
Where are you from? Usa?

Yeah I got no excuse to not buy your £10 flexibility program
🧏🏾♂️🤫🤫🤫😝😝😝😝😝
