What's wrong with Lexus' looks? Don't like originality and origami lines? They are far more better looking than this... thing, that looks like one of those cheap chinese rip-offs. I can't believe people actually find it attractive xD
You’re awesome, Rosenthal. I went Korean for my last lease (2015 KIA K900). Loved the naturally aspirated V8, overall it was a great car. Only got 11-miles mpg around town though, although I did get almost 25 on the highway in Eco mode.
This time I went German, just got a 2018 BMW M550i and it’s an amazing machine. Thanks for the high-quality reviews and insight.

Actually with the trunk you don’t have to wave your foot under the car if you have your key fob in your pocket it will automatically open within 3 seconds for you standing behind it. Great video though!

Its heavy as hell. It's quick. It's comfortable. There are a lot of distractions in the car. Like a shit load...
Go test drive one. You will probably love it.

There is no other car that gives you the same “Weightiness of the vehicle”in this price range. You can pick up brand new 2019 year model for less than $45k or 2018 year model with ultra low mileage for around $31k.

I just purchased the '18 3.3T Sport AWD with 30k miles for 36k. Original sticker for my particular car was 60k w/ add-on options.
I like it's smooth and luxury on the g80.
If you were dead set against buying a certain car, this guy could turn your head completely around. He could sell a 1986 Hyundai Excel!!

Nope. You dont open the boot with waving your foot. You either press the button or stand with the key in your pocket and it will open automatically.

Highly thinking of getting an 2019 Siberian ice g80 sport with only 10k miles from a dealer this car really is sharp.
Lexus needs to take notes from genesis on the infotainment system as that is the one thing that really sucks with Lexus.

@@Blue-moon12 sadly no , at the time they were low balling me on my trade. But then the pandemic hit and the car was more expensive but on the plus side I sold my car and for $5k over asking on it.

Really liking this car a lot waiting to see how the g70 turns out once its actually released. Did you notice any jean color transfer on those seats? That is the one thing i would be concerned about white seats. My other concern is when i looked at a g80 last year was not impressed wirh the hyundai dealerships and there lack of knowledge regarding genesis. Great video.
I had light seats a couple years back and they always looked filthy and I'm fastidious about cleanliness. Beautiful, but not practical at all!!

Danny Thomas ...True. I’ve leased Lexuses years ago. Yes, they’re comfortable and quiet, but I always had interior vibration or rattling noise in all of them. Not sure if it was just the units I got. But then most cars I’ve had always have some interior rattling noise. Some worse than others. The only cars I’ve had that consistently didn’t have interior rattling noise, are bmw’s. Tire and wind noise are bad in my bmw’s though, so it does not isolate you like how the Lexus does.

I wonder why they got rid of the 5.0. This 3.3T isn't as fast, gets even worse gas mileage, and less reliable. It must be about the lighter handling...?
@The Adventure Auto what are you talking about they still have the 5.0 version of this car when I was purchasing my Genesis 3.3 g 80 about 3 weeks ago they still had them about 2 of them was in the show room next to the g90 and 5 or 6 on the lot along with all the other models I didn't hear anything about Genesis was gonna stop making the 5.0 version 8 cylinder,but i must say so far it rides beautiful great car and fucking fast as hell definitely a highway car
The 3.3TT V6 gets worse gas mileage than the 5.0 V8 and is less reliable ? On what actual data do you base this ? My Stinger does 8.9 L/100KM on the highway, and 13 in the city. The best the 5.0 V8 has can do is about 10 L/100KM on the highway and 16 city !
Only the Sport is 3.3 T. By the way you are way off with your comment.

not sure what the price difference is in U.S. is but in Canada the S6 costs 30k more than G80 sport I'll take genesis and put 30k in my pocket. will also cost less to maintain .
