Loved your what if section, nicely done. Two questions: 1. BRIGHTNESS: How would you say it stands up for filming in the sun? Does it ship with a sun hood (amazon not clear on this)? Or do I have to move up to 1000 nits (Shinobi?) for outdoor filming? 2. BATTERY LIFE. How long might a third party NP-F750 last at full brightness? Huge thanks for any responses to these questions.
I just got this monitor for my C100, and it's awesome. Glad you mentioned about the ball mount. A few days my teacher used my c100 for a shoot and he didn't realize my screen was on a ball mount and I think he twisted it without loosening the ball mount. Gonna have to look at the bottom now. What I want to know is what kind of wireless transmitter and receiver will fit the. Back?
Hey does this have 1:1 pixel viewing? Want to check focus without using some kind of digital magnification, but rather a cropped view of a 4k image. Thanks
Thanks for the video. How do you feel the V4 compares against the V3? Only notable differences I could tell online is that the V4 seems to have a slightly larger screen area within the same body size.
Slightly bigger screen and the powered (when using a battery) NPF mount. The v3 has the mount, but no power. Probably not worth upgrading if you already have the v3. Apologies for the slooow reply lol
@@CK3DPRINTS Oh cool! I didn't realize the v3 was unpowered. I think I will definitely snag the v4 as the powered mount would save a lot of weight of a second battery. Planning to use it with a Hollyland Mars wireless HDMI. Did you notice any difference in the 500 nit vs 450nit brightness? Thanks again!
@@steveritchie4926 the powered mount is really useful for sure. 450 is pretty dark, but reasonable for a $170 monitor. Which hollyland system do you own? I’m reviewing the M1 now and will be posting by Thursday. It’s also pretty amazing (but much more expensive)
@@CK3DPRINTS Hollyland Mars 300 Pro Enhanced - I felt it was the best price to performance ratio for HDMI-only use. Still getting used to it, but so far it is working great. It also has the capability to upgrade to stronger antennas for more connection strength between walls.
It can’t do screen mirroring, but it can display almost hdmi feeds. If your converter is capable of sending a clean hdmi signal then it should work as well as any other hdmi display device.
What if their antirotating system was standard using something like the Arri locating pins layout. Or even better, what if Feelworld sold first party monitor mounts that fit their proprietary antirotating system. Smh
Which is better between the F5 v4 & the FW759 7inch ?? It’s my first monitor purchase and I can’t find any comparison of those two online.Could you please help me ? 🙂 Thanks!
Personally I prefer the F5 V4 for a couple reasons: 1. 5" monitors are about the perfect size. You can clearly compose and set focus, while not having an oversized rig and a monitor that consumes that much more power. Larger screen = more power consumption 2. Other than being a nice budget monitor, I also like the reverse npf mount on the monitor. It's great for attaching a transmitter, etc.. Disclaimer, i do not have direct experience with that 7" monitor, but I've used many like it and looked into it's specs. Best of luck 🤘
Are there any features you would like to see on upcoming monitors?
** I Will update this once we hear back from Feelworld about the warranty sticker
I guess Feelworld never got back to you?
Any update?
I'm pretty sure legally (not in Canada) that sticker doesn't mean anything. You can't withhold a warranty for a sticker
It takes them so long to respond..
Did you ever get an answer?

I know the light isn’t included but I can’t find that attachment anywhere on Amazon or their website. Any ideas?
Same here but looks like it’s takes months for a reply

is this monitor compatible with the lumix g7? i am having problems when shooting video
i have the v2 is there any difference?
can support, screen mirroring ike from iphone to the feelworld monitor , or we will gonna use HDMI to lightning port converter

Also, apologies for the slow reply 😅🤘🏼
Is it heavy

Haha, I agree. Such a simple fix.
What kind of Light is that???
Unfortunately, it's not included or for sale separately. It was just for the review. Any NPF battery light would work with it though.
