- This is a regular problem on a phone that I ran through... it took me 1 week to notice the administrator section and i uninstalled the app... the app is actually a virus or something... the antivirus on my phone always warns me that there is a virus on that app... so... may this tutorial help you all...
it really worked, ur the best guy. i had a showbox apk that wouldnt allow me to uninstall, got thru my pop up blocker (all kinds of pop ups randomly thru the day). now i got nothin poppin up

i have a tip guys without downloads just using setting
1.go to settings
2.go to security
3.find the device menistration
4.deactivate the app wont delete
5.go to application and delete the app

Fortunately on Lineage OS 14.1, I got the uninstall option by just going to Apps even though the App had admin access, but your video helped me find the transparent name. Any time I open my phone it indicates allow launcher3 to create and manage phone calls. if allowed or denied it does not help. What can I do.
