Hello CP thanks for showing another option for a smoke machine. However, is this a model that should be used on car or light truck EVAP systems? When you plugged the end of the hose the static pressure went to 15psi. Did they provide a pressure regulator that attaches to the smoke hose to reduce the pressure to 1/2 psi?
That’s a piece of equipment, the shop I’m at has a redline smoke machine & a snap on one

Good Evening Mr. Chad: Great video as always sir. 😀 I never heard of this company before let alone a smoke machine of this caliber for such a reasonable price 🤔. I remember the OTC, SNAP ON, & others on the tool trucks & even the online tool 🔧 distributors but never this brand. By your demonstration that little suckered really put out some smoke. If that little machine can keep doing the video demonstrated rate of output you can find a leak almost anywhere + that expandable blader for the air intakes man it's a no brainer. I had a similar autool brand,the problem is you cant use them on evap becuase you cany regulate it down to 1 psi unless you get a regulator inline with output hose.....
Love the positive attitude. Do you have a video of what it looks inside? Would be nice to add a dimmer switch onto that pump. I'm not interested in inflating my plastic fuel tank.

@@CPthetooladdict Is 15 PSI too high for the EVAP system? Did you have any problems in the last 14 months? Other than pressure, it looks like a solid piece of kit. Maybe needs a BBQ propane regulator...
Yes, 15psi is way too much they actually measure INHG, which is roughly about 1.5 psi.

@@CPthetooladdict yes sir and I have an LS that I’m going to use it on.
A quick note on these Chinese evap testers. They put out way to much pressure
for evap testing. The maximum pressure for the evap system is .5 psi or around
13.0 in. H20. The Ancel is putting out way over .5 psi. Anything over 7 psi
can damage pressure sensors and or blow off hoses. 14 psi is OK for intake
and exhaust testing but way to high for evap.
The whole premise of the pressure gauge in the center is because you can control the pressure all the way down to zero psi so I would assume as a tech most guys understand that since it has a pressure gauge I prefer to control it that way so it has worked fine for that las year and been great and affordable. So I'm not sure how you assume it's to much pressure it's not the machines fault it's the user.

Yes or mineral spirits I use coconut because it makes the car smell good my customers always ask if I went to the Bahamas after I evap test lol

This is 200 with everything I did a lot of research before I made this decision this is what I recommend for 200.00
