Those inflatable adapters are an absolute must have for anyone with a smoke machine, you can buy em for like 15 bucks on Amazon, absolutely fantastic when looking for an intake leak or something
That’s cool that it doesn’t use shop air but like the snap on one shuts off after a bit of use too which can be annoying if your under the car looking for a leak
I followed an auction site that had one of the old large machines just recently ( can't remember the sale price ). But this is way better for my small garage. Now some genius needs to shrink a shop air con. system like the Robinair machines. lol.
I was thinking right from the start, that thing makes 8 bar or what. Then i was thinking could it damage some membranes with that much pressure.. Thinking out loud here.( can the pressure be throttled down?) You want the ones with float ball indicator.
This is probably the best review of the Ancel machine. I would like to see an option to regulate the pressure down to 1 or 2 PSI. 15 pounds is too much for a plastic fuel tank. The overheat duty cycle seems like it would be annoying.
Is it still working good and dose it keep pressure down enough. As some I looked at reviews said they put out too much PSi like 15psi . How is this one. Going to buy one soon?
Yeah I may have not explained it exactly as I should have I realized that afterwards flow rate can also be used by change to indicate a leak as well if you know what you're looking at
I just purchased this for $280cdn on Amazon with next day prime delivery for free. 🤷♂️ is $280 expensive? I thought it was fairly cheap for the home tech. where is a scanner is expensive hell because it tells you what MIGHT be wrong it’s only a guide. These are worth the $ because they can help so many areas with a basic scanner of maybe $150
I have received this Product before 3 Days. This detector will not work, because will not produced Smoke! We have tested the Ancel S3000 more as two hours. No chance. The Device is defectly. I`m not so happy.
VERY MISLEADING. AND I'M CALLING THIS OUT!!! i made the mistake of buying one to only find out its very bad to use this machine to actually check for a pressure leak. i challange this
What exactly are you trying to find? First let's establish of you are doing it correctly 2ndly - nothing in the evap system is pressure other than the residual fuel evap naturally I creasing and decreasing on its own so you are not checking fuel tank pressure So everything else is a vacuum type effect So you are not looking for a pressure peak you are looking for a vacuum leak using pressure Either the machine is defective or you are not checking the system correctly
@@FordBossMe i use the smoke pro air, but i'v used that machine and i find it alarming that if you use to test the system for a leak it will put too much air pressure when doing a seal test on evap system ..... test the pressure for yourself turn it down until you see the smallest smoke flow and simply plug the end with your thumb and watch your guage ride to over 10+ psi.......im not trying to start anything with ya put that thing is dangerous if you attempt to use it like a smoke pro??? i'v seen many tanks crack from this tool....also took out plenty canisters......i'v been in the field for 30+ years and i am sure on what im talking about.
im telling you that if you put the hook it up to the port and seal the system with a scan tool and turn that on and adjust for' lets say 2 without it hooked up, then hook it up to the port it will create high pressure in the evap system
Here is the Product Link:

Nice diagnostic tool to add to the arsenal. I like the inflatable adapter. What's nice about this is it won't take up too much room in the toolbox.
Hello, I have the same machine! It is great ! Helped me find an EVAP leak on my Corolla on the filler neck . Small pin hole . Take care of yourself.
Thank you for sharing. That is cool how there’s an portable leak detector out there.
ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOUR CHANNEL
YOU ROCK BROTHER

Definitely a handy tool to have, I’ve been fighting an exhaust leak with my semi I’ve tried several different things but have a hard time detecting it
Looks and works and sounds just like the AUtool. Good tool to have.
I have one of those still in a box I got it from Amazon now I see how it works
That’s cool that it doesn’t use shop air but like the snap on one shuts off after a bit of use too which can be annoying if your under the car looking for a leak

Your looking at the outer gauge numbers the inner are in PSI for pressure and it does not go above 1 PSI so its safe for evap etc
Is it still working good and dose it keep pressure down enough. As some I looked at reviews said they put out too much PSi like 15psi . How is this one. Going to buy one soon?
Did you use mineral or baby oil? Just got this for my shop just need to get some oil for it.
Baby oil pink no scent
I started getting smoke from under the car. I changed gas cap and purge valve a d code still stayed. So i bought one of these machines
Hey man what tire inflator do you use? I remember you made a little video on one but couldn’t find it
I bought a battery Pack Jumper From Walmart with it integrated
Ever Start - 1200amp and a Tire Inflator Digitally Controlled
Thank you so much!
Title was catchy for a moment thought it was a soviet anti missile trade off.
That's a great tool to have
Nice devise especially for the price !
That ball in the tube is just a flow rate. It is not a leak size gauge.
Yeah I may have not explained it exactly as I should have I realized that afterwards flow rate can also be used by change to indicate a leak as well if you know what you're looking at
I kinda want one of these machines.
Real interested in this one see if it’s worthy
Can we have a full tour of your garage boss? Nice videos. Keep up the good work 👍

I will come back to this and have a chat with you guys on this very topic and address the pressure of the smoke machine
