Совершая каждый день прогулки на свежем воздухе значительно улучшает ваше самочувствие Taking a walk every day greatly improves your empathy. Excellent, you are great.
Nice 👍 Great positivity and sharing is caring lol I mean did I say that haha. Just a few tips- Eat your hydration Water is good but has nothing in it- essential minerals and electrolytes is key- aka eat your hydration is best- Veggies- fruit - blends all good- Reflect on diet- whatever you eat - food for the soul but 90% of our food should be beneficial to our health- No processed foods- Start slow Stay steady- find your pace, 30s are our finding ourselves years- 40s are the “ damn I’m gonna be 50 soon!!!” Years 😂 Best wishes- Keep going-
Excellent that you want to get fit again. Blessed that you are still so young too. In 2015 and 2016 I lost 20kg (getting back to my high school days' weight) (when I used to run a 41 minute 10km), simply by eating less than usual and doing a 5km Parkrun 2 to 4 times a month (that was the only excercise). It was a gradual weight loss. Have put all that weight back on now, though, ha ha, but your video motivates me to do something about my weight again. Thanks!
I wanted to stop by and show you some love! I am right there with you! I was also fit before having my youngest two... Making vlogs is a great idea. I think this is what I want to do also. You got this girl!!!!!!!!!! I love your content
thank you!! yes being a mom is so hard, your body changes usually forever for most of us, and then it's so hard to get back to where we were ! thank you for watching! yes start making vlogs!!
Same here! I got fit in my late thirties and since the pandemic I lost track of my weight and health, I can’t believe I allowed myself to get so bad. I am now starting again from the beginning. Walking is the best way to start ❤
I love this video. It reminded me that I need to work out too. This year I’ve been focused on my health and I’ve been averaging about 5-10 miles a week. So thanks for the reminder.
You look fine to me. It's good yr interested in fitness. I used to walk much, power walk until a few yrs ago got a mobility issue tho I'm 70. I walk some but no fun the way I have to walk now. My advice do as much as you can in younger yrs, no one knows whats in store for anyone. Regarding yr employment and such time is on yr side to make changes. Best of luck.
Lee, look into intermittent fasting with exercise. I fast 16 hours and I can eat the other 8 hours. I am 55 and 5’3” @ 135lbs. I want to lose 10 more pounds. Honey. if I can do it u can too. Because I love to eat! And like u said exercise makes u feel better! It’s the endorphins!
You're doing everything I've been wanting to do and I have unfinished business and you're inspiring me to doing everything I've wanted to do for myself again. ❤
Today is day 5 of working out & changing my life. I promised myself to be good to myself & this is a huge part of it. I feel good already & Im looking forward to a better healthier life. Yes, I watch others workout too, it truly helps. And I dont see a lot of UA-camr's who look like me (big stomach, butt, boobs) working out. I feel ya!
Also, I've lost 100lbs in a year. After i hit 40, i couldnt lose the weight for the life of me, hormones play a large part! But you are still young. Push yourself daily, protein first, take a multivitamin daily, and remember to also give yourself rest days! It's so important to let your body rest too, you dont want to stress it out and then fight against you.
@Imjustaviewforstudies i was walking 5kms daily, proper diet, and listing weights. It was absolutely hormonal for me and I had to take some pretty drastic measures to lose the 100lbs that I now have.
I found a fantastic free app that really helped get my body back in shape after shedding my baby weight. Exercising and intermittent fasting, along with taking the bad out of my diet, helped me lose 60 lbs, but it took a year for me to lose it😆 . Kudos to you for wanting to get in better health!! ❤️ 🌼 🌸 🌻
Honestly if you don't drink pop, don't eat fast food, don't over eat what you normally cook and drink a lot of water with more physical activities you will become much healthier!
I’m tired too! I almost took a really good night shift job but me working out would be non existent…stress is a big factor in weight loss for women too
Hi Lee, best of luck in your endeavor to get in shape. You can do it! I have a few friends that are personal trainers and they talk about Intermittent Fasting. I'm not a medical professional in this to give advice, but some folks try Intermittent Fasting and like this to loose weight. Basically, you eat your meals like usual. But say 12 hours of it no food, so time does not matter exact hour you do this, but say 9:30 p.m. can't eat till 9:30 a.m. (do this and you'll burn lots of calories). If that time is too early do 10 p.m. to 10 a.m., just have 12 hours no eating or drinking things during that time slot. Most of the time slot is sleeping time. So it is doable:) It helps you loose weight and keep it off, plus if you do some walking or such that is an extra help to you.
The trick that always works for me is to cut food portions by 1/3 and still eat as you normally do. Once you get used to it then cut out as much sugar as you can. No sodas or candy ever. If you need a sweet food eat raw fruit. Once you are comfortable there cut it down to 2 smaller meals a day and don’t eat anything 4-5 hours before you go to bed. If you create a calorie deficit you will lose stored fat and you will feel 10 years younger after felling miserable while making the adjustment. Drinking a soda after being in this way of life will make you feel sick to your stomach from the sugar bomb. It is a great way to become more fit but if you want to have muscle tone and firm abs, legs, arms, etc…you have to exercise. There is no shortcut for that.
Great job! You can totally do this. If you need help with nutrition (your macro's) or any workout planning lmk. Following plan and scheduling it in just like making videos will get you where you are trying to go for sure.
Let's do it :) I've got 5 weeks before we/I go on a family holiday to Thailand. Start tomorrow, the key to this is doing it and eating meat and veg only :)
It is so difficult. Only thing that worked for me. 2 fruits a day. 2 veggies a day. Lean meats. Plus I allow myself one 250 calorie treat a day. I couldn’t do it without the treat. I lost about 2 pounds aweek. You look good. Don’t be so hard on yourself.
“You can’t outrun your fork” that’s what my friend’s Dad always said. Stick to protein n veggies. Def work out but diet is 80%. Don’t use adobo or sazon in your food. Salt (Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt) less the 400 mg of sodium. I thought all salt is the same it’s not and that brand isn’t pricey. Use onion powder, garlic powder, pepper to season ur food. Stay away from bread, pasta and rice for the most part. Eggs, chicken not in breadcrumb steak, ground turkey, salad w cucumber, red onion, avocado, u can have some croutons, canned chickpeas wash the chickpeas. Protein mainly and you’ll lose weight!!!!
Don't go full bore right off the line or you'll burn out fast. Fitness lifestyle is a snails pace that wins the race. Leave the crazy workouts and diets to the athletes. Always remember, if you're not enjoying your workouts, you're pushing your goal expectations too hard.
What is the most unhealthy thing you eat the most that you feel you can't live without? If you stop eating that whatever that maybe and incorporate more veggies and protein. Along with exercises that focus on your mid section you can lose the belly
I commend you for taking charge of your fitness. Working out is important but even more so is your diet. One could never outwork a bad diet. Still, what you’re doing is a great start on a journey of continual improvement.
Try not to be so hard on yourself! You are doing SO much already..working a retail job, going to school, having a YT channel, raising kids (one with special needs), supporting a husband, gurl where you having time to fit in daily workouts???? We need to get honest, it’s not about excuses it’s about the reality of modern day life and all the stresses and responsibilities that go with it. I wish you all the best in your fitness endeavors but go easy on yourself because you are already doing way too much and fitting in a daily workout schedule may add more burden and pressure to your overloaded schedule. Maybe start with workouts 2-3 times per week.
Hi Lee that’s great. Keep it up every day you can do it. When you do your taxes, you can claim your two children tax credit. You should get a good amount back. Good luck.
Do it ! and you really do not need a membership to any gym. Slow jog around your house , walk, ten push ups in between jogging , do plank etc. you don't need gym membership.
I'm trying to get my UA-cam Cooking Channel going stronger 💯
What's the name of your channel?? Add me and I'll add you...
Connie @ my sister's table.
Exercise helps me feel better .. physically & mentally . Helps me sleep better too. Yea, ur right It does motivate me to watch other ppl workout 👍👍👍👍
We will support you on whatever you do!

Your a normal girl just like me! we can relate to each other on so many levels.
You’re motivating me to do the same 😃
I love this video. It reminded me that I need to work out too. This year I’ve been focused on my health and I’ve been averaging about 5-10 miles a week. So thanks for the reminder.
The cure for being tired of excuses is don't make any excuses and don't accept any from others.
You look fine to me. It's good yr interested in fitness. I used to walk much, power walk until a few yrs ago got a mobility issue tho I'm 70. I walk some but no fun the way I have to walk now. Working out has indeed changed my life

Walking and swimming are the two activities you can do all life long. The trick to staying active is to find something you enjoy doing. Go Lee! ❤👍

Ladies lookin good! 😁
This is the right time of year to do so, It's my plan too. Start now so that when it's hotter this year we're in better shape.
Your cats love you! Good luck. I need this too. I had surgery in June and have not wanted to exercise since and I have gained a bunch of weight.
I’m tired too! I almost took a really good night shift job but me working out would be non existent…stress is a big factor in weight loss for women too

Good way to go and EAT!!! Healthy!!!!!
I started working out during the lockdown in 2020 and it was the best thing that's ever happened to me.
Me too!!! I lie to myself all the time.
Great to hear that you are very motivated to get fit. A walk is a awesome way to start or even the treadmill like you mentioned
Keep up the great work and keep staying positive I love the vibes
Walking is great. Focus on correct actions, not on results, and you'll get where you want to be. It just takes time, so make it a habit.
I’m trying to get fit as well. We started a small garden in the backyard and it’s helped lower food costs and gets us to eat healthier 💕

You might want to try chair yoga, there are a few apps that will guide your workout.
How far or close is the nearest GYM to where you live?
I commend you for taking charge of your fitness. Working out is important but even more so is your diet. One could never outwork a bad diet. Still, what you’re doing is a great start on a journey of continual improvement.
Fasting also helps.
I haven't done my taxes yet. I owe money to the IRS from 2023

No mom that has a natural body has a perfect body I have a nice shape but I still have a belly 🤣
You want to know the key......................Stop eating GMO Foods, especially DO NOT EAT FRENCH FRIES FROM ANY FAST FOOD.
