Quick question. I have been looking into the CCIM, but I don't think I need that. I want to know if I take your course will I get the same benefit or should I take the CCIM?
The course goes far more in-depth on the entire process of investing in commercial real estate from an investor's perspective while CCIM is more from the brokerage / transaction perspective. Both are great, it just depends on exactly what you need and which direction you want to take
I am very interested in this. Can someone tell me if this is do able at a small scale with a full time job to test the waters? What sort of cashflow is reasonable and what is the rough cost to enter the market at a beginners level just on average. Thanks for your time.
it's definitely possible to do small scale and with a full-time job. cash flow completely depends on how much debt you have in the property, how much rent you have coming in, etc.
