Also not able to put a stranded drink bottle in any of the doors,the shape of the doors above the hole for the drink bottle stops the bottle due to the overhang .very very poor, same drink bottle fitted in both our 100 and 200 series. Also have to remove the head rest from the middle second row seat to be able to see out the back with the mirror. Have more leg room in the rear of our Subaru Forester than the lc300. New 3 rd row rear seats are useless to sit in and very hard to remove. A few thinks have improved in the 300 , but a lot have turned a long way south. I know I order and paid for a lc300 cruiser, but I think I have been supplied a Prado
Thanks for that. Our Prado has more room in back seat than the LC300. The spec of the LC300 has it at close same wheel base and overall length so we’re did the back seat room go?
Another one is the floor to ceiling height difference with the fold forward third row, and the upper width of the back of the 300 visually looks narrower. I’d be curious on the boot space length difference with the second row flipped up.
@@trounosadventures I did a rough measurement when I borrowed a GXL for a couple of days, you loose about 75mm of height with the seven seater compared to the Sahara ZX I measured at the shop. My length measurement is how a mountain bike fits in the back with the front wheel off... I ended up grabbing a mates late model 200 instead of the 300 for now, once I get it I'll try the mountain bike in it to see if it fits easier.

That front seat looks alot thicker than my vx 300.
Also heaps of room front and back I'm 6ft.🤷🏽♂️

I measured the gx version rear leg room is 180 mm in the 300

Even the driving seat has limited space for tall drivers. Quite disappointed.
Actually driver side front is 780 and rear is 180. Passenger side front is 750 and rear is 210
Noticeable different and smaller. 3rd row almost impossible to use. My 200 gxl 8 seater 3rd row easily fitted the kids. Not now
Did you measure the chassis width? It's same as prado now 150mm narrow then 200
