I mean this is kind of an ironic thing to say in a thread filled with DGGers all essentially echoing Destiny. It's endemic of anyone with a significant following - DM's community does it, Hassan's community does it, we even see it holds true in wider politics and well outside of the political sphere - particularly where it's harder to be easily offended by something a group does such as in kpop stans.
I'm not saying it's wrong, it's just the nature of communities formed around an individual or small group and I think it's important to be aware of.
The projection from Vaush about Destiny arguing just to be smarter than others is absolutely monumentally hilarious. For one, Vaush argues using the same type of rhetoric. Secondly, he’s literally the one that claims to have “outpaced intellectually”
Hasan too. Vaush says that Hasan can't take criticism and only ever plays the victim and can't accept when he's wrong (all of which is true) in the video where Vaush unironically says that he has never been wrong in any of these instances and people need to apologize to him.

And therefore he doesn't argue for trans rights because he believes in trans rights, he only argues for them because it gives him an intellectual and rhetorical advantage.
