The thing I love about AC3 is that the line between good and evil is a lot more blurred than any other AC game. It actually gave me some level of respect for the Templars.
Kind of funny how Connor and Putnam are having such a casual conversation in the middle of a battlefield. You know, with canonfire everywhere and people's limbs being blown off. And they can hear each other pretty well too.
Trailer: Look how badass Connor is, going head first into a battalion of troops! Play as this badass!! Game: Woah, are you crazy, go around the back, you'd be shot! DESYNCHRONISED!!!!
Due to hardware limitations, i don't think that scene from the trailer would be possible, too many soldiers. Buuuut...in a more modern console, i think it could have been done. One more big stone next to the soldiers, they shoot, no time to reload, Connor barges in and kills everyone. Those that tries to shoot him, he uses human shield and it would go on like this
15:48 *Look, there’s a strange heavily armed hooded man sitting out here in the bush. He shouldn’t be any danger to us. Let’s keep looking further, boys.* Brits at their finest.
this is one of the reasons i hate ac3 because this mission is ac 3 trailer scenario but it won't let you complete the mission ac 3 trailer way, i hope they remake this part of the game to ac3 trailer
Knowing previous AC games I knew the cinematic trailer is just that - a cinematic trailer. It shows the era, the general set up, which side you're on, who do you play as. But I still knew that the full on 1v100 ain't happening.
12:34 "That's because your as mad as a march hare son" "I expect an apology when i return" Connor heard it as something literal, an insult. It was just to be taken in the context of how much balls he has.
I realy likes ac3, you had these Navy missions. These homestead missions, you could train assassins with different abbilities. The multiplayer was awesome. I dont know why people dindt like the game. You could even make a whole like Ezio.
It has the same issue as Unity. Too many bugs. Do you know how many times I had to run away from the guards because they literally spawn in front of me?
I’ve only barely scratched the surface of the franchise but 3 is the one I’ve always heard the most talked about, plus the American revolutionary war setting is unique! I think this is the best one tbh
I'm from Charlestown and walked around Bunker Hill every day growing up, it was so cool seeing this in Assassin's Creed. I tried to find the street I grew up on in the game
For an easy passage of the episode, when you need to go from obstacle to obstacle, running away from bullets, you will need the following: 1) immediately run to the rock in front of you (do not run left and right for cover). 2) being behind the stone, look at how the bullets recochet, it will be noticeable by the bright lines emanating from the stone. 3) After reaching the last obstacle, watch the phalanx, in red uniforms, when they make shots, dash towards the forest. I hope this helps everyone get through this episode without nerves.
I love the conversations with your targets after their assassinations in AC3, but they make me sympathize with the Templars enough (much like in AC1) that I wanted to get into their background and learn more about them as characters but it felt more like Connor had a hit list and whoever was on it died, and he didn't give a fuck until he actually killed them.
Ezio felt the same way for at least one of his assassination. His name is alluding me.. he was the guard or something for the royal family. Something something… um the guy ezio killed thinking he was working with the Templars
FUN FACT: The guy who plays John Pitcairn is voiced by Kevin McKidd, the same guy who voiced Soap MacTavish in the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare series.
Ac3 came out at the right time. I was going over the American Revolution in 5th grade when it came out, so some days all I had to do was go home and play this😂😂😂
When I found out that he was a Templar, I had to rewatch it over and over again! I was shocked, but he has made it to the top 5 of my favorite characters!
I do believe this is one of my favorite parts of this game. I had such a blast(No pun intended lol) running through the town as it was being destroyed.
Ahhh yes, this mission, the one where I voilently threw my controller across the room because I couldnt get full synchronization on the battlfield mission. Fond memories...
How dare you sneak up on me like that! Why don't you just go off and just help this camp retreat! Don't ever do that to me again, you hear me?! God damn'it
While I listened to Putnam's speech, a sense of déjà vu washed over me, I’ve heard this man before. I had an image of Cesare Borgia appear in my thoughts. However, I became ensnared by the cutscene, lost in thought. By the time it concluded, the purpose of my impending Google search had slipped through my fingers like sand. As time passed, my need for guidance on a mission grew more urgent. I sought solace in a UA-cam video for assistance. The moment Putnam spoke again, that elusive thought resurfaced within me. Swiftly, I turned to Google, inquiring about the voice actor behind Cesare in Assassin's Creed Brotherhood. To my astonishment, I discovered that it was the same masterful individual who breathed life into Putnam. A revelation that would make even Altair Ibn-La'Ahad himself raise an eyebrow in quiet contemplation. 😄 Special thx to ChatGPT 3.5 for helping me write this shit. 🎉

It looks badass ok
"And I shall speak fondly of you at your funeral." XD damn that cracked me up.
Same here
for me it was that and has he casually says "I rest my case" and walks away like nothing is happening.
Yeah, that's a good one. And the protagonist's reaction is gold.
"I expect an apology upon my return."
I know. I loved that comeback!😂😂😂😁
I can’t believe they still use the Wilhelm scream. That shit goes back to old 50s and 60s westerns.
Woogie Harrelson its a classic

That’s just because of where he’s from. Sarcasm isn’t something the Natives use much. It’s more of a European thing.
@@Ravens_Nest10 I was actually about to contradict you on that but it's true
Sarcasm is one of the natural things in European blood
Or probably because Putnam thought he wouldn't make it back alive and that was Connor's way of saying "you're gonna eat your words"
Connor said that because Putnam kept underestimating and doubting him.
@@Ravens_Nest10 Sarcasm is used everywhere actually but I don't think the Natives used it much due to the way they were bred.
