Today, I made Braised Semi-Dried Pollock(Kodari -Jjim).
Kodari means Semi-Dried Pollock. So the texture is more chewy.
If it make with the Hot and Spicy Sauce and boil it, it can make a really delicious Braised Semi-Dried Pollock(Kodari -Jjim).
You can also add Hot Pepper Paste, but adding Hot Pepper Paste might not be making it clean taste, so I only used Hot Pepper Powder to bring out the Hot and Spicy and even Clean taste.
When you are craving something Spicy or are worried about a Side Dish for rice, make Hot and Spicy and even Clean taste Braised Semi-Dried Pollock(Kodari -Jjim) and have it deliciously.

►Ingredients
Semi-Dried Pollock 3-4
Onion 1-2
Green onion 1
Serrano peppers 3-4
Seasoning Sauce:
Coarse Hot Pepper Powder 2 Tablespoons + Fine Hot Pepper Powder 2 Tablespoons
Soy sauce 1/2 Cup
Water 1/2 Cup
Garlic 2 Tablespoons
Sugar 1/2 Tablespoon
Mirin 2 Tablespoons
Corn Syrup 1 Tablespoon
Dashida (Korean beef stock powder) a little (Optional)
a little Pepper
a little Sesame Oil
a little Sesame Seeds
