  • This dish is made by stir-frying squids, onions, carrots, zucchini, and green pepper in a spicy sauce of gochu-jang (red chili pepper paste) and gochut-garu (red chili pepper powder). Ojingeo-bokkeum(Stir-fried Squid) is easy to prepare as an appetizer because few ingredients are required and the procedure is simple.
