Next time add the milk to cup then add the coffee not the other way around you will find the heavy foam stays at the bottom the coffee fills the middle and you get light foam floats to the top, you end up with a layered look to the coffee cream on bottom, coffee, cream on top
Hello! In this video we used drip coffee, however you can also use espresso! here are some tips and it mentions the best types of milks to froth: ua-cam.com/video/t7e5GUBggdA/v-deo.html
Wow that frother may work a bit TOO well actually lol. Looked like the foam had a bit too much air in it. Impressive though since I had no idea how those little travel frothers worked until today and now I want one.

Is there a secret to get the milk that frothy? When I do it, it just gets bubbly and mostly mixes in with the coffee. Still tastes great but looks completely different 😅
How long should it take to froth the milk? I don't use dairy milk, but have tried cashew milk (no results) and oatmilk (no results). The oatmilk shows on the insert with this frother it should work. However, I tried for 5 or so minutes and nothing. Wondering if there's additional tips?
That's NOT a Latte...That is a Cafe Au Lait when made with coffee instead of espresso..Nice Cafe Au Lait though, I'm sure it tase similar as Starbux only uses a single shot usually.
Stop gatekeeping. Espresso is coffee. It's not a traditional latte (if you can even call a late 1900s drink traditional) but conceptually, it's the same thing. And this is more accessible to more people.
@@TheMakuboy Who hurt you? They are not gatekeeping, they are simply pointing out a difference in terms. And yes, a late 1900s drink can be traditional. Just because it's not hundreds of years old doesn't mean it hasn't etched itself into tradition. Using other brewing methods to prepare the coffee instead of espresso is more accessible to people and still delicious, but just how there's a difference between, say, a laptop and a desktop computer despite them technically being the same thing, there is a difference between espresso and other types of brewing methods. They were just pointing out that difference, they weren't trying to hurt your ego.

I can make things better . Starbucks do not make any of the hot coffees that’s decorated like in Asia or the cafe in Mississippi blue dog bistro . Heck places like in Starbucks does not froth the milk good not even a machine I see In this video and it melts too fast even whipped cream . in Mississippi blue dig bistro and Asia does things better even i do things better and I’m not trained . You need a special machine that’s not expensive to froth the milk better . Any type of milk like goat milk , heavy cream , half and half ,and oat milk. I do mix 2 or 3 types of milks . Starbucks need to learn to do things properly even to decorate with some art in the hot coffee. They need more new flavors for spring ,summer, lunar new year and October and more instead of the same things . They need to learn to smile to people too. You need to make coffee cubes so the ice coffee do not look waterd down and taste awful . Never use ice 🧊 for ice coffee, put the coffee in a ice tray so it can be frozen 🥶 to make ice 🧊 coffee ☕️
That looks like a good latte, but it’s not a starbucks vanilla latte. Starbucks doesn’t whip the coffee and syrup together or heat up the syrup or make the foam separate from the coffee or make the whipped cream that thick and fresh. That actually looks better than a starbucks vanilla latte.
This is my second Keurig Coffee Brewer. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf The first one lasted 6 years. It worked beautifully until the day it didn't. It was hard to go back to the drip coffee for a couple of days while I waited on my Keurig to get here. There is a huge difference in the taste. Keurig makes a really good cup of coffee. This new one is a little different from my old one. I find putting the water filter in was easier than on the old one. Attaching the water reservoir was also a little different but once I figured it out, it too was easier. This new one has the auto off feature but is not programmable like the old one. Only three cup sizes instead of four. The odd thing for me was how much lighter in weight this one is compared to my old one. More plastic and much less metal in the construction of this one. The price is so much less than the original Keurig that I bought and the coffee tastes the same so all in all I am satisfied.
i like how she explains how to do it properly, so you really won't make a mistake! thank you!!!
Glad to hear!! 😊

That's a great point, thankyou.
Wow this is a really cool idea! Thanks for the tip!
Isn’t adding the milk last a cappuccino?
That makes it an entirely different drink
Fantastic, simple and sweet! I used vanilla extract instead of syrup and a little creamer in my milk. Turned out great! Thank you so much ❤️
Great idea! 😊
Is there another way that u can froth it up I don't have one of those little mixers
@@DebbieFrost-hp3un A blender will work just fine. Put all your milk/non dairy ingredients in the blender and it should froth up just as good
Chef kisses... Delicious. It taste very similar to the latte I had from Starbucks the other day! You saved me some money. Thank you sooo much ❤️
You are so welcome! make sure you check the rest of our coffee recipe videos! 😍
Nice tutorial, I made a salted caramel latte using this recipe but just switching out the syrup. It was awesome, thanks!
Awesome glad you like it!! 😊
Thank you. I bought a bottle of vanilla syrup and just have it there. Now I’ll make my own. Thanks again👍

I followed your recipe and the drink was delicious! Thank you so much!
My pleasure 😊 Glad you like it! 😊
Looks amazing! Can't wait o make this
Silly question…Can you make it with Instant Coffee or Instant Expresso? If so, how?
It would be so helpful to know what kind of coffee, how it was brewed. Also what kind of milk to you froth?
It looks like she uses drip coffee which is fine but Starbucks uses a shot or 2 of espresso

Is it possible without vanilla syrup or any sweets? And can i add some malt powder?
4 Tbsp of syrup?! Holy sugar!
They usually put 4-6 pumps (tbsp) of syrup on Starbucks.
Barley any coffee
@@dontlookforme1999 who cares
Taste matters
Syrup isn't very sweet but to much syrup gives to much of the syrup after taste
That looks delicious but I don't have one of those things to froth it up with what else can I use to do this and can u use vanilla extract
The frother tool is like $10 at target.

Yea how long

Okay.
But was that syrup and why?
And what about that decorative top.
How long did u heat up the milk in the microwave for?

Try different temperatures - some milks work when they are hot, some warm and others are best COLD. ua-cam.com/video/t7e5GUBggdA/v-deo.html
I'll try this soon! You don't sweeten the milk or cream?
There's a 1/4 a cup of coffee in these things?
I know this is an old video, but when you whipped the cream, it whipped beautifully, but will not taste like whipped cream without some form of sugar.

You dont have to use heavy cream for the whip cream. You can use whip cream out of the can.
I thought lattes used espresso and not coffee
I thought lattes have espresso not coffee?
Look like it needs double the amount of coffee but looks good
Where is the espresso? Starbucks doesn’t use regular coffee.. they only use cold brew and espresso..
So it's a sweet drink not a coffee
I can smell the calories from here 😅. It looks lush, I can understand why people are drawn to Starbucks.
Same amout of syrup and coffee interesting

This is vanilla milk
I thought lattes were made with espresso

You dont use regular coffee in a latte! Its called espresso🙄

Latte with coffee. why isn't it a iced coffee. I get confused
because it's hot.. milk in micro coffee hot etc iced coffee is cold with ice in it and cold milk or cream
