I just made stuffed chicken breasts 2 days ago on my Kingsford Smoker. I added Kraft cheese, diced tomatoes, fresh garlic, a few Serrano peppers, and a few green peppers to mine. I cooked them low and slow at 225 for about 2.5 hours. I diced mine up after they were finished and made tacos. 👍🏾👍🏾

I usually shy away from chicken breast because it can be prone to dry out but you got it right on with monitoring those temp probes and that indirect method. Love the style of your videos, very good instruction. Cheers!

Try cutting them in half, drizzle a litle olive oil on them . Then sear a couple minutes a side then move them inderect. My wife and kids loves chicken breast now .

It's been raining here for 3 days now but I couldn't wait for a clear day. Prepared this as you instructed and baked in oven... my spouse gave me the 'Bootie Shake' (our code word for damn good). If it's this good in the oven... can't wait to try it on our Egg. As always thanks Malcolm... your videos are awesome!

Made these tonight! Used red peppers because we didn’t have tomatoes.. also did on a regular gas grill. Left the burners on the left side and put the chicken just to the middle right. Took about 45 min on cool side Bc the breasts were a lot bigger... but came out great!

Just subscribed, I really like the way your videos are formatted and how you walk through the steps and recap. Specifically, I liked that you used the reverse sear method with this chicken. Out of curiosity, why did you close the lid when you were searing? Wouldn't you reached a higher temp, and therefore better for searing, by leaving the top open?

I think I got it! Going to try an Alfredo with mushroom sauce lightly glazed on top of the finished product. I think that will help with the dryness.

Hey Malcom, I love the channel. I have a request. I was thinking of
doing some smoked salsa. Grill the roma tomatoes, onion and jalepenos.
Blend them together and add cilantro and maybe some minced garlic. Then
put it all in a pot and add it to the smoker, stirring occasionally to
add smoke flavor. Going to try it myself soon but would love to see the
master at work! If you do, I'd love a shout-out in your video! I'd think
this would be awesome by itself with chips or to top off some smoked
    taco recipe.

Mr. Malcolm, I just wanted to drop a compliment of your work. I found your channel after looking up the Big green egg on UA-cam. I've already watched several of your videos where you have used different cookers and made different things. Already made a barbecue glaze for chicken burgers adding pineapple juice! Good God that was good, who would have thought besides the magnificent Malcom?! After "Reeding" your website, I am under the impression that there are several good manufacturers of wood fired pits, kamado grills, and pellet smokers. Currently, I own a Traeger Junior, a masterbuilt electric smoker, and a portable propane grill. But would eventually like to upgrade my setup. I have been researching and considering a Yoder 640 or 1500 on a competition cart, a big green egg xxl, and another yoder to burn real hardwood in. But what do you think is a good setup? I value your input as you seem to have experience using all kinds of equipment.
