Carli, You're a totally natural in front of the camera. You were talking about your under eye wrinkles. After applying makeup, concealers, foundation & setting powder, it can settle in creases although advertised not too but I found a way to minimize those lines.. #1 I don't drag any pencils or brushes harshly back & forth in the eye area..It is a super delicate area #2 I discovered a Maybelline product called Baby skin "Instant Pore Eraser"..it erases wrinkles too...Pat (don't drag) it on your under eye skin so it won't disrupt your concealer. A tiny bit goes a long way and it helps minimize the appearance of wrinkles. #3 Also ANGEL VEIL works great too.. NYX
I love Baby skin and use it and like, 3 to 4 other primers every single day and my eyes still have the worst creases underneath my eyes especially after baking!

Layering helps the product to last longer. It's nice for an event or long day but not necessary for everyday wear. Your powder contour and Highlight should last fine. Hope that helps :)
The reason why many people do this is because when you use liquid or cream products and you don't use a powder to set your makeup, throughout the day your makeup will start to move around and not last as long as you want it to. Whereas if you used a powder over it you'll set the foundation and it wont move around and it'll last way longer! Hopefully i answered your question:)

I've been looking for the perfect solution and products for the creases under my eyes for ages - I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only person that has to add some shadow below because it was stressing me out that I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong or which trick I was missing. Make that four of us. Contouring is a beautiful way to enhance bone structure, but honestly...everytime I contour it only accentuates blemishes or scars. Other subscribers are hating on her natural skin, & I'm over here like, "I would love to have such beautiful blemish free skin". Who cares if her skin tone is uneven... if my only problem was to even out my skin tone using minimal makeup, I'd be one happy girl. My idea of flawless is when I can wear lipgloss and blush without drawing attention to my problematic skin.

tbh you could get away with just having your foundation, concealer, contour color and a sponge or brush to blend it. Carlo always uses like 10 different brushes and 20 products for some reason.

Carli! I have the same 3 little wrinkles and for some reason, using ponds wrinkle cream (pretty decent amount) on them twice a day has really helped! Try it again if you already haven't. ❤️you! Christina

She takes a lot of care of her skin. you should see her nighttime and daytime routines. =) plus the products she uses are of great quality and they don't harm the skin as much as bad quality products would.
I was only missing a few products from this video! I picked them up today and can't wait to try this for my anniversary with my boyfriend ( it'll be 5 years!). Unfortunately they didn't have any of the maybelene concealer, but revolt had a shade very close to it so we'll see what happens....if not I still have some MAC prep and prime left! I sent her and Nicole each a package 9 months ago, never even got a reply from either of them. Why put your PO box if you're just gonna take and take and not even bother to send back a small thank you card. UA-cam gets to these girls heads, I have lost respect for many of them. Carli! Try the smash box contour cream kit! It comes with 3 sticks:one to bronze up ur face its on the warmer side, then a COOL toned brown stick for the actual contouring, and then a highlight stick. Super blendable sticks! I got mine for around the 30 dollar range and I think you'd like these better since you prefer cooler toned contouring. Maybe if you like them you could do a comparison video or one just on its own of ur opinion
Great video. Love it that you used budget priced items. I would love to see a tutorial for people with really fair skin. I used to tan but stopped because of all the freckles it gave me and was worried about skin cancer, so now, I'm just learning to love my ultra fair skin. What's the best way to contour for fair skin so it doesn't look too "done up" but natural?

I think she meant a light tan or brownish shade of eyeshadow so it kind of covers the area but I'm not 100% sure!

I'm pretty sure she's saying that smudging a light colored eyeshadow (browns mostly) under the lower lash line helps to hide the wrinkles :)

I think green concealer is for red spots like a colour corrector for blemishes not bags
You have to cover the shadow from the bag not the bag.
Also, use an orangey or salmon toned corrector or concealer underneath and a highlighter to diminish the shadow part

Make that four of us. Contouring is a beautiful way to enhance bone structure, but honestly...everytime I contour it only accentuates blemishes or scars. Other subscribers are hating on her natural skin, & I'm over here like, "I would love to have such beautiful blemish free skin". Who cares if her skin tone is uneven... if my only problem was to even out my skin tone using minimal makeup, I'd be one happy girl. My idea of flawless is when I can wear lipgloss and blush without drawing attention to my problematic skin.
And dry flaky skin.. Especially my nose. I can't even put anything on my nose cause it's all flaky

If you look carefully around 3:32 - 3:36 she does touch her chin with foundation. That part is a bit speedy so its hard to catch but she does put foundation on her chin.

tbh you could get away with just having your foundation, concealer, contour color and a sponge or brush to blend it. Carlo always uses like 10 different brushes and 20 products for some reason.

I have the same 3 little wrinkles and for some reason, using ponds wrinkle cream (pretty decent amount) on them twice a day has really helped! Try it again if you already haven't.

I was only missing a few products from this video! I picked them up today and can't wait to try this for my anniversary with my boyfriend ( it'll be 5 years!). Unfortunately they didn't have any of the maybelene concealer, but revolt had a shade very close to it so we'll see what happens....if not I still have some MAC prep and prime left! Carli! Try the smash box contour cream kit! It comes with 3 sticks:one to bronze up ur face its on the warmer side, then a COOL toned brown stick for the actual contouring, and then a highlight stick. Super blendable sticks! I got mine for around the 30 dollar range and I think you'd like these better since you prefer cooler toned contouring. Maybe if you like them you could do a comparison video or one just on its own of ur opinion

Great video. Love it that you used budget priced items. I would love to see a tutorial for people with really fair skin. I used to tan but stopped because of all the freckles it gave me and was worried about skin cancer, so now, I'm just learning to love my ultra fair skin. What's the best way to contour for fair skin so it doesn't look too "done up" but natural?
