I love the recommendation of Glendronach 12. Everyone raves about the 15 (rightfully so) but the 12 is already so good. Cheers!
Ok in my house you will probably find Bunnahabhain 12, Glen Garrioch 12 ( or needed Glen Allichie 12 ) if needed. Deanston 12 and the great Tobermory 12. ( Balblair 12 ) if needed One peated malt Caol Ila 12 Kilkerran 12 is great if you can get it at its correct price. Enjoy.

@@MaltActivist some bottles with high demand are cheaper because it's a government store and they don't raise prices, with limited bottles they do a lottery who gets to buy, i won springbank 10 for 99 Canadian dollars which is cheaper than anywhere else

In Bulgaria where I live the best 12 yo whiskies priced up to 50 euros IMHO are: Glenallachie 12(~35 euros), Deanston 12(~45 euros), Bunnahabhain 12(~45-50 euros), Edradour 12 Caledonia(~ 50 euros) and Redbreast 12 Cask Strength (~40 euros).
Honorable mentions: Loch Lomond 12(~35 euros), Glenlivet 12 Licensed Dram(~35 euros), Glendronach 12(~35 euros), Glen Garioch 12(~40-45 euros), Powers 12 John's Lane(~20-35 euros).

My local Costco has the Redbreast 12 for $40! Picked up the Glenlivet Illicit Still for $40 two months ago, but have not opened it yet.
