It's not perjury. She's asking, "Do you recall?" He's answering that he doesn't recall/remember anything from 2013.
It hasn’t came out yet but the reason Thug wasn’t charged was he told Quinn he was lying and the statements became inadmissible in court which led to Thug not being charged so he’s not committing perjury by saying he don’t remember.

No, it's correct to get him to testify even if he's hostile. If they don't call him, then the defense can but, they plan on using his statements against Thug, which is fair game, so they have to force him to testify to use his statements.

This trial is supposed to from 6 months to a year and there are people who falsely believe the state isn't going to present any evidence. So far the state's case hasn't been very convincing, but believing the state brought this RICO case without good evidence is foolish.

They can recollect the witnesses memory by showing them the transcript and then asking a question regarding said transcript or they can choose to ask questions around what was said. I have never seen it where they are reading what was said in front of the jury… also I have never seen where an objection is overruled in the same circumstances. He literally said he does not remember anything from 2013, that meaning he will answer the same thing to all her questions. Thus being the reason the objection should’ve been sustained.
