These prosecutor’s are insane. There have been many cases where people have been exonerated by DNA evidence and the prosecution has still tried to keep them in prison. They took an oath about justice but they only seem to care about their win -loss record. These are people’s lives they are dealing with not some game. These prosecutors are exempt from prosecution on cases even if they knowingly lied,withheld evidence or pulled other illegal acts. I think that this needs to change because these DA’s are out of control. I still can’t believe that they arrested her for not wanting to testify when she was the victim. They probably gave her no bail or set it so high that they knew she couldn’t afford it.

Has anyone noticed that the judge always has this attitude towards the defense, but gives the state respect and slack at almost all times. even his response towards objections. he has this mean way of responding with defense and a cool calm demeanor when the state objects.

She did not want to testify and nobody knew she would be testifying. She was the alleged victim of a crime and then arrested and forced to testify in that crime. This is ridicules.

From my understanding. They've been watching Thug and his guys for like 10 years trying to build a case. They case was about to be closed because they couldn't get the evidence needed to get him for sure. So the clown who was running the operation said take em in. Guess the idea is to use the time to try longer to find evidence. But this is sooo pointless because all the gang related charges have basically been dropped outside the rico itself and some gun and drug charges which aren't the biggest deal at this point

I watch a lot of criminal trials and prosecutor Love is the most obnoxious attorney I’ve ever seen. If I was on the jury I might be tempted to say not guilty just on how much I can’t stand her. I also feel like the judge lets her do it. Typically when a judge rules on something, that’s it. With Love, after a ruling she continues to argue. Talk about wasted time. She’s terrible.

It makes it all look like these ppl testifying could have been told to lie initially when the crime initially happened. Ms love is a bulky and I can't believe they did all this to get her to come In. I was arrested and the cops pulled me out and were trying to force me to make buys for them. I refused. When I got out on bond the detectives came to my house, called me, wouldn't leave me alone. So I know they are shady and will do anything to win

I cant stand ms love, her and her team are bully's . She acts like she called the ambulance out of the kindness of her heart, no she was coming at the woman, making her feel uncomfortable. Ive been there, being harassed by detectives after i got out of jail. They made my life a living hell for over a yr because i refused to do their job for them.
