I appreciate his condensation of it too,but most days the judge dont start until close to eleven. Takes an hour and a half to two hours lunch, then dismisses early. Yesterday, they started at eleven, and dismissed the jurors at 1:40. For the day. I kept hearing this trial may last 6 months. Now I know why! I am glad I am not a juror on this case, I would be over it right now. Watching the trial is so much more boring and slow than watching it here!

Obviously, because as soon as they're gone the judge immediately tells them to be seated. They all were still standing use your eyes or keep the playback speed at normal.

I remember being on trail with my cousin and homeboy and we was fighting two murders and 3 attempts murders and few more charges and one of the dudes who was supposed to testify against us seen me and my homeboy in the county playing basketball when he got locked up for unrelated charges. He talked to my homeboy and said he was not going to get on the stand! We both told him...nah bro take the stand against us because his story was different from the other witnesses! There was several other witnesses that was taken to stand against us. But they all had different stories not only that they had a couple different stories They told! which caused us to get a triple quitted. Because the jury couldn't take no one serious, because of the many different stories of what happened! Reasonable doubt is Serious! With the right judge letting them know they must follow the law!

Thug biological brother snitched on him after thug essentially bought that man's freedom after he was convicted of a murder. I don't think thug want any more brothers😂. Also jail isn't supposed to be pleasant. I know some innocent people who get wrongfully imprisoned and shouldn't be suffering, but for everyone else who rightfully there, it should suck to keep them from coming back and to keep people from committing crime.

@@brandonman1315 not currently because of laxed prison sentences. Harsh prison sentences were shown to work in lowering crime. If you look at things now, you can easily get off on multiple crimes before getting really consequences. Right now i believe that stats are that on average before someone commits a murder, they are arrested for several crimes, usually between 7 and 18 times. Even the guy who jumped on that judge that went viral, he was let off previously for 2 violent felonies with 0 jail time, along with 7 misdemeanors.
Another example is young dolph's killer. 4 years before doing that murder, he was arrested for a triple shooting, he was out after like 6 months. This was a rock solid case at that, he admitted to it, was identified by witnesses and his gf who saw him do it and fully cooperated with the police. He was sentenced to 5 years (baby time for 3 attempt murders) and got out after 6 months for good behavior. This is alongside illegally possessing a firearm. These light sentences for terrible crimes, create a sense of invulnerability and emboldens criminals. You suffered no real consequences. So if you do it again you pretty much expect the same stuff.
