It appears there's 3 generations in that boat having a wonderful outing and bonding time. Simply awesome. Thanks for sharing.

Great seeing the kids learning and enjoying the great outdoors. I live by the sea and love my fishing, squidding, diving and swimming. My grand kids came up from the city but they didn't want to do any of that outdoor stuff. They were too busy pushing buttons on their computers and phones. I told them not to bother coming to our country town again because they can push buttons at home and not annoy the crap out of me.............

I have never caught shrimp using cast net and using dough balls . Are you using flour and cottonseed meal? Are you throwing the dough balls around the poles and casting the net out to catch shrimp? that looks like that is fun to do. The closest place for me to go is close to Port Author Tx.

Dad was stationed at Myrtle Beach A.F.B. back in the mid 70's. We'd go crabbin' then run to Georgetown for some shrimp ($1.00 per lb!). MAN! That's some fine eatin there!

I am from Horry county SC. I remember dragging the swashes with my daddy when I was kid for shrimp in Murrell's Inlet. Me and my sister would sit for hours popping them heads off and peeling em. Fingers would be so sore from getting poked. Miss it a lot.

Can you do a dove kill and cook. Also a good marinade for dove is apple juice also it tenderizes the meat.
