Blessings and gratitude on this valuation of the Chicago market. I definitely held off on purchasing vehicles until I saw your video on this market. Is there any way to purchase your spreadsheet formula on how to correctly assess particular cars I'm interested in? Once again thanks for the information. Keep up the great content. 💪🏾💯
That all depends on where you live and if you want to pay for the location it’s parked at. As far the cleaning goes that’s part of the Turo business. You can go clean yourself after each trip, you can pay someone to do it and I know some hosts ask the renter to get it cleaned before they bring it back. If you’re busy turo allows you to schedule a buffer between rides to get any maintenance done like cleaning or Addie air to tires etc.
With the Hyundai I had the daily rate at $60 and 4 cars came up when I moved the filter down to $15 almost 20 more cars came up. That lets me know the majority of people are paying a lot less than the $60 per day rate that I need. If the majority people are paying under 60 for a car then my price would look to high for people who want that car. It’s the same with the Nissan. I want to find a car that attract people who are paying 60+ for the car. If someone’s budget is $50 they will look for cars in that price range and stray away from cars that cost more
Great video. Very detailed
🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Thank you!

Where can cars be parked in Chicago? What about the cleaning if you live in the suburbs and park in Chicago?

Can you explain the reasoning for eliminating the Hyundai and Nissan when you adjust the daily rate and see how many cars came up?
