... and the vendor said "that will be $5" then the monk gave him $10. The vendor said, "Would you like your change?" and the monk said, "No, change comes from within."
😂 I love it!! Thank you so much for this reminder❤ I didn't know that laughter helped move Qi stagnation 😮 No wonder the saying, laughter is good medicine. Thank you so much for all your work and teachings. You are part of our morning and night routines here in our household in Kansas🎉
To me humor is a reflection of a relaxed mental state and cracking jokes is a creative outlet through which qi can flow. I mean, that's how I picture it works.
Hi Jeff, I'm new to your Qigong videos and I'm loving them! I'm practicing three different ones each day and really feeling the benefits already! Thank you for making me laugh with your bad jokes too! ha ha Best wishes from the English Lake District
okay so I actually did laugh at the elephant rhino joke. This is fantastic to hear. I was diagnosed with stagnant liver Qi and coincidentally have been laughing my head off lately at some funny things I found on UA-cam.
Recently I find myself laughing about weird stuff... "..like ocean waves, universe peoples.." said by Allan Watts, when it dawned on me, I just couldn`t stop laughing, found it so true!
I got a laugh out of the pure corniness of your jokes there, Jeff. Good try. Hey, I was curious; do you utilize any Taoist principles in your personal practice?

Goes in accordance to Norman Cousins’ claims of being able to heal from a serious autoimmune condition with laughter.

These bad jokes were delivered well. I relieved some stress and thus moved some stagnant qi.
