    Thank you for posting knee friendly videos! I have Ankylosing Spondylitis and it mainly effects my knees and hips. These types of videos are so perfect. Can't wait to do it!

    Thank you Penny, this is exactly what I needed today! I loved all the unilateral work, but I think my favorite move the x-deadlift with the curl and press. You are always so creative!

    Thank you for consistently posting knee friendly workouts. Keep em coming! One suggestion when editing the videos can you please leave the box to the top with the modified version for the duration of the exercise, rather than only during the “up next” preview. And also can you leave the name of the exercise for the duration of the exercise rather than the quick preview and then it moves from the screen

    Loved that Penny. Thank you for another knee friendly one although my knees are coping well with the lifting channel workouts. I think they are getting stronger as a result of the work I've been doing with you so thank you for that. Always lovely to see the doggies.😍😍🐕🐕 I've had a week off the weights as I've been on holiday but I haven't been slacking! I've done miles of challenging coastal walking. 🚶🏻‍♀Back to week 4 of Begin to Build tomorrow. xxx 💪🏻💪🏻

Working out with weights then cardio/core burst then going back to weights with the cardio/core finale FABULOUS!     I love knee friendly HIIT workout with weights. My three favorites are O’head Tri Ext, Renegate row, and SA Supported Row. I would love to see chest fly and Arnold press. Thank you!

    Loved this and love your pups at the end. My three favs were the reverse plank, the around the worlds and the one where the one foot was on the weight and the other was bending to straight leg. Thanks Penny! I enjoyed the break from lunges!

    I don't have knee problems but still loved the variety of this workout. My 3 favorites: sumo stance good mornings, x body clean and press, half kneeling woodchop. ❤❤❤

    Can't believe I made it to the end! I did have to modify and appreciate you always showing us modifications. I don't know what my 3 favorite exercises were from this one, maybe the running in place, anything dead lifts, and the chest presses. Thank you!

    Definitely knee friendly but a scorcher 🔥I really enjoyed the mix, very well curated . RDLs, Good Mornings, and the woodchops were my fav due to the challenge of them. Great way to start the Friday here! Serious calories burned! Another one to add to “watch later” folder cuz I definitely will during the break!

    I agree with everyone. Thank you for the knee friendly, standing only, no jumping😂I’ve been doing these the past week due to a knee injury and it’s been a lifesaver to be able to still get a 45min session in without having to worry if I need to modify because of the injury

    Bear pull through, Russian twist and across body woodchops were my favourite but it's a difficult choice as I always love your exercise challenges 💥😅💪💥💪😅 very sweaty after that knee friendly workout 😅 huge thanks Penny🙋💐🙏

    Penny I just loved this entire session,I’m so glad that I’m now opting for heavier weights.
    1) Bridge tricep extension
    2) Half knee woodchop
    3)DB pushpike
    The cardio and core burnouts were fantastic.
    Overall this was a great way to end the week of workouts ❤️💪

    I tried to give up half way after first burnout round but somehow that 1 Min break gave me some boost to rest n try again ..n it worked.. I kept on going till end. Looking forward to do more such knee friendly workouts with you

    I had a little bit if trouble with the half-kneeling woodchops because I am quite a heavy girl and putting that much weight on my kneecap required some extra cushioning... but everything else was smooth sailing!
    ... well, in terms of my knees anyway. Your workouts always kick my butt!! 😂❤❤❤

      Hi :) next time you see any half Kneeling exercises just do them standing! Equally as effective 🥰

    Loved it managed to use heavier weights 7.5kg, 10kg
    and 15kg in can honestly say your strength program on your other channel has had help in this 😘 x ps looking to supersets strength training 💪💪💪x
