Definitely knee friendly but a scorcher 🔥I really enjoyed the mix, very well curated . RDLs, Good Mornings, and the woodchops were my fav due to the challenge of them. Great way to start the Friday here! Serious calories burned! Another one to add to “watch later” folder cuz I definitely will during the break!

I agree with everyone. Thank you for the knee friendly, standing only, no jumping😂I’ve been doing these the past week due to a knee injury and it’s been a lifesaver to be able to still get a 45min session in without having to worry if I need to modify because of the injury
Bear pull through, Russian twist and across body woodchops were my favourite but it's a difficult choice as I always love your exercise challenges 💥😅💪💥💪😅 very sweaty after that knee friendly workout 😅 huge thanks Penny🙋💐🙏
Day2August✅💪 Penny I just loved this entire session,I’m so glad that I’m now opting for heavier weights. 1) Bridge tricep extension 2) Half knee woodchop 3)DB pushpike The cardio and core burnouts were fantastic. Overall this was a great way to end the week of workouts ❤️💪
I tried to give up half way after first burnout round but somehow that 1 Min break gave me some boost to rest n try again ..n it worked.. I kept on going till end. Looking forward to do more such knee friendly workouts with you

I had a little bit if trouble with the half-kneeling woodchops because I am quite a heavy girl and putting that much weight on my kneecap required some extra cushioning... but everything else was smooth sailing! ... well, in terms of my knees anyway. Your workouts always kick my butt!! 😂❤❤❤
Loved it managed to use heavier weights 7.5kg, 10kg and 15kg in can honestly say your strength program on your other channel has had help in this 😘 x ps looking to supersets strength training 💪💪💪x
