How to accomplish your AMBITIOUS GOALS

- I created a productivity system a few years back to help me accomplish my ambitious goals, develop awesome habits, and stay on top of my weekly to-dos. I call it the Magic Whiteboard because everything I seem to add to it somehow turns into reality. I think it can be for you to so I want to share this goal-setting system with you as you go into the new year.

You may be tempted to get the magnetic one... Don't! I tried one of those as a secondary whiteboard and I wasn't a fan at all. Just my two cents. - Навчання та стиль
For all of you who asked about a link to the whiteboard I have... Here you go! Also, you may be tempted to get the magnetic one. I did the same for a second whiteboard and didn't like it nearly as much as my all glass non-magnetic.

Can you break down a little more about the epic post it notes vs task post its? I think this is an awesome system but i need to understand this part a little better
@@LisaNemecHomeValueLady sure. Largely, I treat the goals and objectives at the top for the year, quarter and month as “epics.” I understand they aren’t epics in the traditional sense. Largely, all of the tasks for the week should map to one of my goals. There are sometimes Tasks that can be broken down into smaller daily tasks which I use another tool for. I have a video on that as well. It’s the Analog video.

kevin, this is fire. Have been exploring making my producitvity analog and I think this is it. Throwing out the done sticky notes will feel so good
this is very helpful! i'm 2 years late to finding out about your channel and videos. your videos should be getting more engagement!
i've gotten to realise that i'm a really visual person and even though i've written down my plans the night before in a notebook, i don't find myself revisiting it in the morning to see what i have to get to during day and I end up in a mess at the end of the day.

I like your system a lot. You should totally patent that and then sell whiteboards already with that format. It will save us from having to do them. Hahaha

One think that i did not catch is on the 15th of every month you do what?! And is it every month or what?!

Glad you liked the video. On the 15th of month, every month, I list my progress towards the monthly goal. For example, if one of my goals is to upload 5 videos to UA-cam for the month, and on the 15th, I’ve only uploaded 2, I write that number in so it’s clear I need to hustle on the other 3 videos.
