True but Joe didn't know who he was and Joe was wanting to help the people. Just a conversation would have helped the situation. And now Wranglestar has made at least 2 videos about it. I'm glad he was humble enough to admit he was wrong! These people need HELP!!!

Playing devil's advocate, when God was helping to humble Cody after being insulted, what was he doing about the 25,000 people per day dying of starvation? Your comment about "God constantly working on us" as a response to this video does not hold up in the wider context of everything else that is happening in the world that he is said to have created. I'm not seeking to belittle your beliefs, I am simply looking everywhere I can for meaning.

False, the media has been non stop. Might not have showed on your local news. But it has been covered properly. To include abroad DW News, Sky news and sky news Australia.. So those that are abroad knew about what was going on here. As a True Appalachians. I'm glad the UA-camrs stayed away from our area. Thank you for sharing this, Cody. I learned many valuable lessons on leadership during this deployment. Joe had a servants heart, buried under the rough exterior of a warrior. When a man's words filter from the inside out, those words can be crude, even hostile. But, iron sharpens iron. Through these experiences we all become better men. Thank you for contributing your reach to increase awareness for the victims of this tragedy. I know where your heart was. Shalom bro

Our esteem for you is even higher after hearing this story, Cody. It takes a true man to receive rebuke of the Spirit and repent, turn away, from those thoughts and deeds and share it publicly. Good job, man.
I understand Joe's point of view all to well, having been in an unprecedented flood in our area as well.
"Tragedy tourists" were not welcome, but there they were, driving on flooded streets to take pictures ...so fast that the wake they left flowed over sandbags and into homes.
Many came to "help" but did more picture taking of people's tragedies than actual help. Their vehicles blocked roads and their needs reduced the food, water, and port-a-potty availability of those who had been impacted.
It lead to the survivors being wary of outsiders and those from the government. In general, though, people were great and the entire region helped in the recovery.
It would be great if you could share with us what items you took with you on your Grindstone deployment, what worked, what didn't work, and what we should expect if we ever deploy.
Also, for those of us not capable of being sawyers for large trees, what other jobs are there and what tips do you have related to serving on a mission like this?
Thank you, Cody and thanks also to your wife for her part in making this serving and learning happen.

Many times in my older age of 58, I have come close to filling out a 1079 (hurt feelings report) but decided several years ago to hold my words and just sit with it for a while, and to my amazement, after a short time of a day or maybe even minutes, I realized that I would have been making a mistake! We are all sinners and fall short but the fact we, as Christians, Can use the word as guidance and be burdened by the Holy Spirit makes us a light unto the world! I wasn’t sure about you and this video showing your humility and admitting your anger and the fact that you were able to go help says you are truly working to be part of the body of Christ! Thank you for your testimony hope it guides many.

I think it works both ways. There are too many YT influencers that think it's all about them, so it's easy for people to jump to conclusions. What your influence can mean, is a lot of extra support for those areas that really need it. I don't think a small amount of time to do it is unjustified. Also, people can be under a lot of stress, more than they realize, and it doesn't always bring out or best. The testimony of supplies showing up when needed is spectacular.

Cody, I’m a 9th generation resident of Georgia and I think what happened is a cultural misunderstanding. Slave like worth ethic is something that’s instilled at birth in us because many of our grandparents grew up with absolutely nothing. I’m 30 by papa is 78, he was born in 1946 grew up in a 1 room shotgun house on a tobacco farm with 9 siblings, the house had dirt floors, no electricity, no running water. You did chores before school, after school you worked the fields. My nana grew up in very similar conditions. Joe didn’t mean anything by what he said I’m sure he was raised by people who grew up in a similar manner.

Thank you for sharing this! With the Grace of God we can learn from this one trial of yours and be a tad bit more prepared for our own trials than we were b4 you shared.

I've commented a few times on your channel about your words or experiences that you share with us. But this did honestly get me thinking about how I see people if I started an argument with a person to the point of physical action. That I wouldn't say I'm massively a person of faith, but how you described that inner dialogue with yourself and troubling others with your problem, then to working it out with the man you almost fought with that you found some great qualities to the man and how helpful he was to you as an asset. This was a great video. Thank you, God bless.

I love your humility. Blessed are the peacemakers. You cleaned up your "side of the street" by listening to the Holy Spirit and Jesus in you was glorified. Thanks for your service by being the hands and feet of Jesus!

I thought he was gonna say Joe tried to kill him with a chainsaw, lol. 🤣 Great story, just remember the judgement worked both directions. But it was a great story, and you are a good person to be able to reflect on things and change your way of thinking.

When you believe you're doing something good and someone insults you, it's easy and natural to become upset or angry. Joe did man up and said he said it which I respect. You confronted him but did not let your emotions get the best of you. For a long time now I try to practice the principle by Stephen R Covey "Seek first to understand, then to be understood." This has prevented me from doing or saying stupid things.

Another thing i really admire about you Cody is your attentive ear to Yahuah. Yielding to His Ruach/Spirit. Admitting a wrong/mistake after reproof in front of everyone on the channel, is my idea of a real man, A Real Man of Yah... Prayers Brother from SE Teas Bear ❤💯🙏

God works in mysterious ways and thank you for sharing this. Thank you and the miss's and your neighbor for taking the time out of your lives to go and help. And if Joe actually watched your videos he'd understand that you're teaching the men of this world how to be good human beings that would take time to cross the country to help someone in need. This ties in with everything you say on this channel. Another great life lesson from proho. Keep up the good work and AGAIN THANK YOU AND EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO HELPS STRUGGLING PEOPLE IN NEED.
