I love my Can Am Outlander MAX XTP! Can am has come a long way in a short time.
No winch included? Can one be installed with that front end? Also. I wonder why they protect the front and mid section of the bike but not the rear end with skid plates?

Could y'all do a comparison video between a XMR Renegade 1000 and XMR Outlander 1000? I've been torn between the 2 since I've been debating on buying a new ATV.

Did you guys ever adjust the shocks if so what did you adjust them to I have this atv and I find it nose dives when jumping it I’ve tried giving it more throttle and it doesn’t work thanks

the 018 textron mud pros got an awesome price- but they didnt change much from 017 and 016- there were some reports back then!! the 700 motor is bulletproof!!

Frank Sanna why ? Their sales are already very high, their drivetrain is proven and look at the competion. Polaris' is the closest hp & speed wise but they get more dnf's then they do pidiums. Yamaha & honda are jokes in the 4 x 4 race classes and arctikymcotextron are not a threat at all. Besides...do you actually think they're gonna stick the triple from the sea doos & x3's in a quad ? Do you have any idea what that would weigh ? The extra 8-10 hp would be negated by the extra weight.
They are gonna wait until the competition puts something better out wich at this point I doubt will ever come with how the industry is moving towards sxs

The newer can ams feel like your sitting directly on top 100%. I own both, please dont fool these people. If i actually rode my 16 more in the trail before buying it , i wouldnt have. Do the rear ends really suck that bad, or is that only for mud riders?
Kountry Quads been riding since the mid 80's and this is the first I've ever heard of can am having rear end issues.

Colton Cross save your money...you get what you pay for. If you buy something cheap you'll either hate it and quit the sport, or you'll be spending big money on parts.

Can-am dropped the ball by not offering the xxc in max form. The longer wheelbase really does not hamper handling except in the very tightest of wids with no cut trails (and how many actually ride in areas like that?). The extra 8" of wheelbase makes for a far better ride on those long 150 mile days.
ROTAXD because this is the xxc its the most monstrous outlander in can ams lineup. It's made for gncc racing, not bringing people along to ride on a snowmobile trail.

gundam7779988 go price a set of those fox shocks. You'll pay anywhere between $800 & 1500 for those alone...and yes, they make a huge difference. As for a winch...if you're going to be going that deep, why would you even consider an xxc over an xmr ? Both of my gen1 outlanders have winches and they very rarely get any use. The question you're asking is the equivalent of asking why there's not a trailer brake controller on a ford raptor.
I see what you're saying, at the end of the day I ended up with the xtp and settled for fox QS3 which for me have proven to be pretty darn good, just not as adjustable. Again , weekend warrior. I would have bought the xxc but the bumper would also have to be replaced with something else to install a winch. Pretty lame
