Joe, would you be willing to share your thoughts on high high to set the final height of the bowsprit tip after pre-bend? Would you configure the pole to set the spi tack at roughly the same height as the jib tack, or is there some other reference to use?
ive been searching and i cant find where to buy a bowsprit spinniker for a hobie 16, if anybody can tell me any webistes based in victoria or any company that can ship bowsprits to australia help me out here :D :/

I never used a furling gennaker so I really couldn't say. Maybe it's worth looking at bigger Cats or Trimarans to get some info.
