Congratulations on uploading your first video. A small criticism if I may? The camera-lens that was on you as you went through the house was pockmarked with stains and it was painfully apparent during the Swimming-Pool tour. So, hope you get the lens fixed for the next one.

Thanks for commenting, at over 12,500 square feet, a brand new build house in the area averages at the price per square foot to be aligned with that particular price point. London is one of the most expensive cities for real estate.
Mansion Tours this place is Ridiculously over priced. That square ft on 0.5 of an acre in Kingston at 10 million is laughable! That money buys prime property in Surrey at 13,000+ square ft on at least 1 acre. There’s even property in the highly sought after St George’s hill at that price point, even lower! No intelligent person with half a brain will be spending 10 million on this property, I know this is UA-cam but have some respect for your audience.
