This one is a complete shocker and an odd one. The interior of the bedroom suites and bathrooms and hallways are outdated and awful. Even the outside deck needs an overhaul. Any new owner will have to fork out a considerable amount on top of the buy price to bring the property upto scratch.
I don't think renovation would be as expensive as you think because there are no structural or physical problems in the property just bringing the interiors up to date in terms of design & presentation.
0:12 Compared to the surrounding homes, it looks so much smaller and not very nice looking. However, all 3 homes to are the same width so a bit of work to the facade can fix that. Adding a top level and and additional lower ground would make this a gem of a property.

Absolutely lush decor but there is no way, that the windows are left open, to use the terrace, with the filth in the air, that would grime all the furnishing up ?!
Do you have a vid of another house in this area for the same price. I cant imagine spending so much money on a house needing a complete reno with patios and balconys only. The outdoor space out the bedroom is a tiny balcony onto the street, its what what i imagine a millionaire lifetyle should be. Id want privacy for sure

I'd guess the owner of the house is some sort of bohemian designer. Trouble with that is that person is the only one who could live there.

OMG I have a headache!!!! This home is way overpriced and requires a massive overall refurb, a minimum 2m investment! Wrongly priced, not worth more than 4.5m and even this is pushing it!

@@TobyCorban my valuation is probably a little off, but let me explain. This home is currently selling for 8.3m yes? Anyone buying this would be forced to refurb the entire home. I do not think anyone can live in a rainbow for more than a week. The furniture has to fly, the curtains have to fly, the walls need redoing as I saw a lot of cracks, the floors need to be bullet up as this is a 200 y.o.
Additionally the bathrooms need the same. In you video you mentioned 8 bedrooms or 6 if I remember right, but we only saw 3 and I think we know why. So how do we sell this home for 8.3m? Simple, we buy it for 5m, invest 2m in refurb, and sell it for 8.3 or even 9.5 once all is achieved!
