I know its not the “prettiest” property or the most opulent- but I prefer this to most because it looks like its actually liveable. Like its designed to actually be used. If I could afford it, I’d definitely buy this.
It's called minimalistic. Basic but nice. Less is more with decor. Less clutter. But still luxury quality. Etc.
I love the upstairs informal area & the downstairs dinner table. Really unique!

It is a beautiful home and it is very spacious, but he’ll be lucky to get 3.5 for it. There’s no way there’s five mil in that
Rounded edges on the pool deck would be more suitable but other than that it looks like a well built and designed home.

A house 10 km from the center of London that has no luxury at all is not worth £5 million.
10km from central London is still very much part of London. The O2 and Greenwich is only 9km from central London if Im not mistaken. To get a house this size, with a Garden and the other amenities it has for under £5 million in this location is almost a bargain 😂 I know places in these areas where a normal 3 bed house can easily cost you nearly £2 million lol.
It is absolutely worth it. You mistake how desireable it is for many people to live in the vicinity of the city centre. 10km is close.
Somehow UK properties doesn’t seem to worth the money, but US properties does.

It's location. NYC property is just like London property. Super expensive per sqr ft. Don't compare London to like florida or california. Just look at NYC.
You cannot compare Greater London to the whole of the US. A similarly sized new construction home in Westchester (a similar high end NYC suburb) or Orange County (Los Angeles area) would probably be priced in the same range.
@@TobyCorbandon’t get me wrong, as a real estate investment it must be great. But a property for living there personally, US properties feel a bit nicer and spacious.
