That's a good idea about looking for a guy that's currently solo in lawncare. If I lived in your area I'd definitely let you pitch it to me. Going to work for someone else in this industry is something I've given thought to the last couple of years. I'm a better helper than a builder of a business. Only problem you might have with hiring someone away is the freedom that comes with being solo i.e. setting our own hrs, our own hrly wage, choosing our clients. Guess either way it goes your candidate would be trading some freedoms for others. I think it's worth talking to those local solo guys. They could be the missing links to help you better and build your business

I like using 10-w40 oil for my lazer z that has a kawasaki fx801v on it, the oil doesn't burn like using 20-w50
