Hello, I used Australian chops which are bit robust, tendered and marinated longer, also used 1/2 tsp of sugar in the mix, no white flour, used fan forced oven grill @ 180 degrees, 40 minutes with turning the chop mid-way. The result was right up there. Finished eating 8 chops in one go. Thank you for the recipe.
I am no professional cook, but two quick points from my limited experience of cooking kebabs grilling and roasting any kind of protein, which I think you could have used to take this dish to next level : 1) whenever you cook any red meat, use raw papaya extracts, because it has papayin which acts as a beautiful tenderizer and helps in softening your meat. You can also use lemon juice for that added tang and acidity. 2) Use roasted gram flour, yoghurt and mustard oil as base to coat your protein of choice before you grill, pan-fry , oven bake or roast it. The way to grill lamb chops is long marination in tenderizers and flattening the meat before putting on the spices. Only then can it be completely cooked on a grill. Then you won't have to put it in the oven.

I don't get it...if its taking 45 min in oven ...how can they be fully cooked on pan just till they get the marks on them...???? Mutton takes a lot more time than chicken to cook..!! Marination was also only 30mins ...not overnight or anything ..!!!
You need at least 30 hour of tendering (Stage 1), and about 2 to 3 hrs of 2nd stage marination. Also add 1 tsp of sugar in the mix. Fan forced over will take about 40 mins turning them mid-way.
Then dont add flower, coat it with egg and pan fry, like how it is done in Eid, a bit more oily but very tasty. Instead of adding chopped garlic, add finely sliced fresh ginger for better taste (I know this is chilli garlic chops... but try with ginger).

The way she did on Griddle The Lamb Chops are never done. It is burnt or looks done from outside but is uncooked or Raw inside.
I think oven them first then grill them for that slightly burnt taste - and then lemon juice on top before serving !! Mmmm

I made this and intended to cook in oven. Only I was left to guess temperature and time "about 45 minutes" 3:45
Fan forced Oven Grill @ 180 degrees, about 40 mins, turning the chops mid-way. Needed a bit of canola spray on the surface, but remained very juicy.
Guys its purposefully kept raw on the inside as they are medium rare. Ita famous outside India
