Shlom (this is what I called Shloime behind the scenes 😄), that was an amazing run with you! I look forward to meeting up and doing another video in the future.
I am not Jewish, I don’t know why I got to those videos, but it was amazing to see part of your community through these videos, I live in NYC and now I respect and admire your community much more. You are an incredible person.
Shoilme - I am proud, though mostly a secular, Jew, the son of a father who survived the Shoah and fought in Israel in 1948. I was raised in a Conservative shul in the Detroit area, but for the last several years have attending and immensely enjoyed davening at a Chabad shul in San Diego, I have to tell you, I REALLY enjoyed all of the videos you made with Peter. I loved your tours of Boro Park, Williamsburg, and especially, Crown Heights (being a Chabadnik). I also very much enjoyed the Shabbat dinner video you made in Ramona NY and the tour of the recording studio in the farm house in Monsey. What I loved the most about it is, beyond learning some new things about Chassidim, was your and Peter's interactions. I also thought Peter was very open-minded, highly respectful of Jewish traditions, and seemed moved by their beauty. All in all, just a great experience - hope you do more!
I am Muslim myself and loved every part of this series ! So interesting to understand more about the community and your culture. Thank you for sharing this with us, love and peace to all !
Thank you for doing this series Tremendous Kiddush Hashem I’m Hasidic myself, and this series made me appreciate my lifestyle even more. Peter is one of the most open-minded people I’ve ever seen.
Shliome is very open minded aswell, im not from the chassidish community but from a yeshivish community i grew up going to bais yaakov one of reasons i left was because of the close minded people and not having the freedom to express myself how i wanted
THANK YOU SHLOIME 👏🏼 THANK YOU PETER 👏🏼 THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE INVOLVED 👏🏼 As a Muslim woman i learnt ALOT from this series so THANK YOU x1000000000000000000000000 Shloimes opinion at 5:01 is 101% ON POINT 👌🏼🙌🏼
As a 73 year old woman I'm always open to learning new things. And this documentary that you and Peter and your beautiful community shared with us was fantastic. I was brought up in Richmond, Va. and knew a few Jewish people and as I've gotten older working with some different people in the healthcare field has really opened my eyes. I don't understand alot of what I saw but then if we were all the same we would really be boring wouldn't we? Good luck to you and hope to see more. Please do more videos because the two of you are amazing.
My wife, myself and even my kids are in love with this series. I grin from ear to ear while watching. Thanks so much to Peter and Shlom for making this happen. This is so much better than anything you can watch on "regular" TV.
As someone that knew next to nothing about your culture or community, the series with Peter was amazing and I learned more in a short time than I ever knew before about your amazing community. The people, the sense of connection, the dedication to maintaining traditions and a way of life is just really impressive, and I think it's something that is fast disappearing in most corners of the US. Thanks for this window into your world!
I was glued to the series. Very thankful to learn as an outsider. I grew up in a town next to Lakewood and in my 23 years alive I knew barely anything. So thank you.
Shloime my heart smiled to know Peter humanized the Hasidic Jewish Community.I grew up in a Jewish Community & my best friends family always welcomed me on Holidays.I always had this special bond with the Jewish Community & my employers were & still Jewish.I discovered on Ancestry I'm also Jewish which explains why my energy always surrounds me with others from the Jewish Community.God Bless and thank you.
Thank you so much Shloime for making Peter’s series possible. I am not religious but I have an intense respect for all religions and love to learn about the history and traditions. As you mentioned it is hard to learn about the Hasidic Jewish community, because they are so careful (rightfully so.) This series has been so beautiful and wonderful and I am enamored by the people, traditions and many other things. I also want to try Mendelsohns pizza now! So thank you again for allowing us into your faith, community and family.
I really enjoyed the series. I live in rural New Zealand and there isn’t any Jewish people around me at all nor have I actually meet a Jewish person while travelling the world so this really opened my eyes and isn’t at all what we see on tv. Thank you for allowing us to see your world. P.S you have a beautiful family.
This series proves that social media's power does a great deal more good than bad. Well done gentlemen but, while I have gained tremendous respect for Peter and his work, Shloime you are an incredible ambassador for your community (which despite myself having lived in NYC for 12 years has remained a complete mystery until now.) I have an entirely new opinion which proves that what you have both done is incredibly powerful. Hats off!
I'm a non-religious person ftom Australia and I thoroughly enjoyed the series. Thank you for opening the door into a close-knit community we know little about 😊
You really did a good service for the Hasidic community. I have a better understanding of the community now . I would love to see that blessed child (smart phone ) featured in the future. I try to limit my subscriptions on UA-cam, however, I had to follow Peter and you as well. The pure unadulterated goodness of the Hasidic Jews inspires me and gives me hope .
Hey Shloime! I'm coming over from Peter's channel. I totally got sucked in from the very beginning of the series. It was amazing watching and learning about the Hasidic community. Thanks for taking that risk and reaching out it was really valuable to me and I'm sure a lot of other people to get some insight on you guys. Truly valuable and beautiful content from you two. Can't wait to see any future projects you do together, you are both such beautiful amazing people.
Up till now the only stories told about the Hasidic community were from people who left the community. Their perspective was valid for them but presented a highly dysfunctional view of the community. There has been nothing positive that shone a light on the warmth and beauty of a Chasidishe home until now. Thank you Mr Zionce for facilitating this series. It was a pleasure to watch
Shlomi, I found you through him. Decided to subscribe. I watch rabbi yosef mizrachi here on youtube and he lives there by you guys. He's mentioned burro park, Monsey etc. I watch the 2 to 3 hour lectures every day and became very close to the hasidic Jewish community. I think the rabbi is yesfaradi. But he speaks highly of the hasidic Jewish people. Was so cool to see details of it all. Seems very peaceful and so cool you guys have a group that goes out and helps people with their cars, power, etc. It's good peace of mind to know you'd have someone to call when in need of help. Wish we could have that here in my city and state. Maybe I cna start one. I'm not jewish, I'd like to convert, but I'm afraid of disappointing hashem. Maybe I'd insult the designer and creator? If I was meant to be inside the Jewish nation he'd put me there? Maybe it's my own responsibility to to seek it out perhaps? Confused. But enjoyed the content very much so! Would love to see more Shlomi! Liked your travel vids and saw you spending time w Arabs etc.
I am not Jewish but I do have Sephardi heritage from France so I really really enjoyed the series. I've learned more and caught a glimpse into my cousins lives and my ancestors heritage :) God bless you Shloime
Hello Shlome, I am a non religious individual who was accepted by a Hasidic Jew family in New York. He was my coworker 10 years ago and we became very close friends. 3 days I was invited and joined them to celebrate the most recent Torah holiday. I was honored. I love them and they love me. Thank you for bringing jewish culture through your channel.
I want to see more of the Hasidic community in Brooklyn! Specifically Boro Park. I mentioned this on one of Peter's videos, but I worked in Boro Park for two years at an insurance brokerage (Avrumi Gottlieb) and this is when I first encountered Hasidim. I love the people I met and have extremely fond memories of them. I became very close friends with one coworker in particular, and we've maintained a friendship over the past two years that I've been out of the community. I can't wait until I'm able to take a trip to Boro Park, haven't visited since April of 2019.
Thank you for making the decision to DM him. I have learned so much. I have always had love for my Jewish brothers and sisters and getting to see the inside of hasidic communities, really really opened my eyes to how beautiful the culture and religion. As an Orthodox christian, the love of God and the ways of Hasidic centers God around there life , is so beautiful to me. I watch unorthodox after watching the documentaries and I cried, I cried for what she left behind and how beautiful and pure the life style..how powerful the meaning of wedding, and relationships. I love watching these videos. I live on Long island, so I will be making my way to Mendelson for Pizza. I also want to try some traditional foods. Lol Such a beautiful culture, community and of course Religion. 🙏
Shloime, I love the idea of you taking this further and showing and teaching us more about your culture!! I am so sad that Peter's series is over and I think I speak for a lot of us when I say that we are interested in much more!! Blessings!! It truly was incredible that you and Peter connected and made this happen.
lived in North Jersey for many years and had a very different view of the Hasidic community. Peter's video's really opened my eyes and honestly I am impressed with the videos and the cultural values of the Hasidic community.
My wife, myself and my 2 daughter loved this whole series. May Hashem keep on blessing you guys, looking forward to learn more about the Hasidic community and Judaism at large.
I’m a secular Jew who happened to stumble on Peter’s videos. I’m so proud of our heritage which is multi faceted and grounded and founded in common sense and rules which the rabbi explained well. My cynicism of Orthodox Judaism is much diminished as a result of the education I received here. Thank you to the community for opening up your hearts and homes. A hartzekeh dank, Hanna
As a Hispanic person who grew up in a all catholic community, not meeting a Jewish person until attending university , I would love to thank you for rekindling that cultural exchange I experienced long ago. This is a wonderful series. Thank you very much.
This video series was amazing for me! I love jewish culture, I love the way jews explain and love God. I'm felling myself better after start to learn judaism. Thank you Shloime and Peter!
Shloime please, please you must make more videos. I have loved loved loved loved this entire series. I have been to Israel twice and trust me when I say, I know exactly what Peter means when he says in his video that he feels free in this community. Stay safe and God bless you and all Jews always 🌸
Shabbat Shalom from Romania ... I saw you on Peter Santenello video ... great job 👏... these videos are welcomed because a lot of people have a misconception about the Hasidic community... keep going 💪🏻🕎
I will say I've been watching Peter's videos and I have to say I love watching you both together. You have such a wonderful and positive energy and attitude.
I just want to say I absolutely loved that whole series! I feel super grateful being able to peak into your community 🙏🏽 I love how close knit it is. Super envious.
Shloime, words can not express the gratitude I have for Peter, you and of course the Hasidic community. You have done a fantastic job! You and the community not only answered my questions, but help remove the stereotypes. I admire the community's unity, faith and customs, this I long for. The bridge has been started with you and Peter. Shloime, please continue! I look forward to you future work. Shloime, you have a beautiful family and your baby boy is just soo cute, I just wanted to reach out and hug him. May God continue to be with you, your family and you community.
What am I going to do now without this series? I enjoyed it SO MUCH! Peter is an excellent filmmaker, informative and with heart. This series had a lot of soul and I feel more informed and a better human as a result. Thanks both!
Shloime hazak u baruch!!! You did a great kiddush Hashem. I think G-d put you in the right place with the right person, Peter is such a sensitive human being and as you said he has that instinct to gravitate to the right people. Baruch Hashem you guys made this series. May Hashem bless you.
Ive been greatly enjoying Peter Santenelo's docus since discovering him a couple of days ago:) Wonderful point you made:"It made the community look human". We need more of that in the world...abilities to "see" eachother for who we really are. And people like Peter (and those open to sharing) are bringing this to the world. As a Jew of Colour(JOC) I would love to see more exposure in my community, as very few even know we exist in North America.
Thank you Shloime.. wow who would believe that in this in 'dark age' the world could get a glimpse of Light!! Thank you Peter.. May God bless you and your family.. Honesty is a rare find. So you stand out by tuning in... And bringing it out to the world..
Thank you for spending the time showing us your community! I loved the way of life Really an eye opening experience. Thank you! I now will no longer look at things the same after this!!
Shloime - I’m from Toronto so I know more about the Hasidic than a lot of people but Peter’s series was fascinating. I completely agree that we are all human!
Shloime is the man, I really appreciate you taking Peter in and showing him your community, it’s opened my and many others eyes to a whole different world :)
I grew up in a city in Michigan with a large Hasidic community and had some distant friendships with some. But it was still a very private and, for lack of a better word, mysterious community. This series was so informative and truly entertaining. I am taken by the commitment and discipline to God, family, religeon, lineage, respect for tradition, elders, the spirit of giving... You peeled back the onion a bit and you nailed it Shloime, you humanized yourself and the community. Great job and keep it going. I'm looking forward to watching your Middle Eastern adventures!
Chris, are you by chance in Oak Park? I grew up there in the 60s and 70s, and understand its now considered one of the best places in the US for young Orthodox couples to start their families. I'm glad its kept its Jewish character all these years.
Schloime, I just would like to thank you for all this teachings about the hassidic community, it was a blessed journey, as a long time follower of Peter I was amazed how you guys accomplished on this mission and now Schloime I'm your follower too, all the best...
Shloime, I was really, really, really impressed by Peter's series. I watched most of the videos. I grew up in a small midwestern city in Conservative Judaism with a lot of exposure to modern Orthodox Judaism. I also lived in Israel for nearly seven years and served in the IDF. For much of my life, I had bought into the stereotype that most Hasidic men studied in yeshivot all day long, ignoring their families, and forcing their wives to struggle at home. Maybe there is a minority that is like this but, after watching Peter's videos, I realize this is as far from reality as is possible. Kol ha-Cavod to both you and Peter for bringing this out. BTW, I just subbed to your channel.
Yes, Yes, Yes! Such a gift to have witness to beauty, compassion and unity within the Hasidic Community. Thank you for all the efforts you made to make this happen. It was inspiring and helped me to feel the oneness we all are. Blessings.
Shloime, Peter thank you for doing this series. As a native Brooklynite I thought I knew a fair amount about the Hasidic community. Had I had this information or perhaps even asked I could have been much more effective during my decades long police career when I worked in these communities. I wish you both good health and peace.
Loved the series. Knew nothing about the Hasidic world. Thank you to those who generously shared their lives, culture, foods, traditions, fashion, way of every day life, relationships with family and community.
Need to do a series on Baalei Teahuvah. We have a massive community of people who were not brought up religious and have come a very long way. It’s a different side of us as a people.
I thoroughly enjoyed all of the series on the Hasidic community! I didn’t know much about any of this until I watched the series and I am simply in love with you all! What a beautiful community of people!! Thank you for letting us all into your lives through this series!
Thank You Shloime for allowing me a Non Jewish person the wonderful opportunity to share and learn about your community. It is with a warm heart that I say that a clearer light is focused at a new understanding of love, respect, for your way of life. You are indeed blessed . I’d be proud to regard the many folk in your community as friends.
You were both great with the videos and I learned so much about the Hasidic community and the women there and I am a little envious that I am not Jewish because I think the community is beautiful and so supportive of each other and I’m glad I got to see what I did not know because, I too, thought that the women were kept in a submissive role like other religions but that is so far from the truth. Really great eye-opener because all I had to go by your religion was the movie “Unorthodox” and that family is only one bad apple in a crate of many many good ones. Thank you so much for sharing. Hope you do many more of these videos of your community 🤗
Thank you for helping bring this community to show the beauty of being Hasidic. I LOVE the humanity of these stories. I’m not Jewish though my kids are part Jewish- not that this matters- this is just pure love and beauty! Thank you thank you!!
I knew next to nothing about the Hasidic community even though I am a sabbath keeping Christian. I now have an appreciation for your commitment to your faith and traditions.
Non-Jew: I have never met or watched anything about your community. I am totally fascinated now. I did watch every single minute of every single video Peter has posted about you and have subscribed to this channel as well. Thank you so much for sharing your life with us. We can learn a lot from you.
I'm Jewish, live in R.I, grew up Reform and have visited Crown Heights w/ Chabad from RI. I love Chabad. They are so warm and welcoming! I loved the series! Great job. 🥰
Really enjoyed the series you guys did. As an evangelical Protestant from a small town in England, Hasidic New York looks like a completely different culture and experience from what I'm used to. I love to learn about theology, so thanks for all your input. Peace be with you!
The series opened my eyes to a whole new world. I follow many Jewish personalities including this channel, I enjoy Jewish music, taking my first dive into scripture, and am learning many things about life. The series has absolutely changed my life forever.
Thank you for allowing cameras into your home for Shabbos. I love hebrew song which I use to learn the language the best I can so far I only know by heart the Hatikvah and Ani Ma'Amin. Again I thank you for your contributions to youtube. Sincerely. GREAT CONTENT
Wow just wow!! Thank you Shloime for doing this. Thank you Peter for being respectful and courteous when filming. Thank you to those in the Hasidic community who came on camera to share, let us into your homes/life. And to teach about your community and your beautiful culture.
Growing up as a secular Jewish woman I long to connect with the Jewish community in a more significant way. My daughter got involved with Autism walks in higj school, run by Chabad. Because of this connection we got very close to the local Chabad chapter. Chabad is the most welcoming, non judgemental group one could hope to encounter. Thanks to this series by Peter and Schlome I have a greater understanding of the community. I can't express how much I,enjoyed this series and Schlome is 100% correct, it made the community human. ThanI you to all who opened your hearts and homes and allowed us a glimpse into your lives and community.
Thanks for this behind the scenes video mate, I love that talk with Rabbi at 4:35. Watched whole 1 hour of it! Honestly, your Hasidic community are amazing and Peter did a great job.
I looooooooooooved the series! Thank you so much, Shloime, for suggesting Peter to do this! This wouldn't have happened without you reaching out. I would love to see more of your community on your channel here. I feel blessed to be able to watch all the videos. So much fun! Your community really inspired me. :)
I subscribed to your channel now because I learned so much from Peter's show with you. Love it and love and light to the Hasidic Community. Watching from South Africa
Dear Peter, I saw you interviewed by Allison Josephs of Jew in the City. I was intrigued by what you had to say and decided to check out your videos about the Hasidic community in NY. As a proud Jewish woman, I am so tired of being portrayed by negative stereotypes depicted by the uniformed and uneducated. From what I've read & seen, the people leaving (Orthodox) Jewish life are mostly from very disfunctional backgrounds. Hardly a diverse cross section & very sad. I admire what you have accomplished by portraying Hasidim as real and loving people. It is refreshing. I look forward to seeing your videos about other communities around the U.S. and the world at large. You tell stories with an open heart and an open mind. Thank you for your efforts on behalf of Jews everywhere. If others could look for the good in others as you do, I have no doubt there would be World Peace. I am not Hasidic. I am an American woman of Spanish (Sephardic) Jewish heritage. Our grandparents came from Turkey to the U.S. over 100 years ago. Our ancestry is from Spain be we were driven out during the Inquisition. But, "Sephardic" also refers to Jews from the Middle East, i.e., Yemen, Africa, Iran, Iraq, India & Asia. Our language, customs, foods, liturgy, etc. is quite different from the Hasidim. However, we share a love for our fellow man and the desire to show respect & sensitivity to others regardless of where they're from or how they live. We are all created in the image of G-d. Jews come from all races yet we are one people. Dear Shlomie, Chazah U'baruch & Kol HaKavod to opening your home, your community, other Hasidic communities and the hearts and minds of many. The friendship & respect you and Peter have for each other is exemplary. I think it's great and your sincerity really came through on all of the videos. I wish you both great success in all your endeavors, both personal and professional. Best, Judith Nassi Cohen Los Angeles
Shloime, than you and the Hasidic communities that made these series possible. We need more bridges among the communities not walls. I really like the Shabat dinner with your lovely family and the meeting with the Rabbi.
Hey Shloime, this series was truly amazing! Thanks so much for helping to shine some light on the chasidishe community! I would be pretty comfortable coming on camera.. I also love your columns in the AMI! Keep going!!
It was truly wonderful seeing the religious jewish community being portrayed accurately and objectively! I am proud to be a religious Jew and thoroughly enjoyed the series!!
All good things must come to an end! Even though I'm jewish, this was VERY interesting to me, and somewhat inspiring as well. I hope that's not the last we see and hear from you both.
At about 4:54 you talked about how the series made your community look. I think it made your community look very warm, humble and most of all genuine. I loved the series. Run for elected office, Shloime. You can make a difference.
ty Shloime for allowing Peter Santanello a chance to see your wonderful community, I really enjoyed watching all your videos, and loved seeiing your community. I really respect that you showed your community, truly. I Wish you lots of joy and happiness to you and your family.
I absolutely loved the series! As a Catholic woman who takes her faith and out good God seriously, it was amazing to hear Malky. What she shared is so very close to what I believe. I got chills (good chills) hearing her. The whole series is a great blessing.
Hi Shloime, thank you so much for sharing your culture and religion. It was eye opening. So many beautiful and caring people in your community, The world should take notice. God bless you and your family.
Peter, you made me so happy by your writing, "I look forward to meet up & doing another video in the future" - YAY!!!!! You made my day by saying this! You should be getting an award for the series you have done - Emmy? Oscar? Something equivalent to both! The whole world should see your extraordinary videos! Awesome beyond words! Thank you Peter from the bottom of my heart, for helping make us look good to the world! I sincerely appreciate it` And Shloime, you are terrific too! You did a great job in all these interviews -huge Kiddush Hashem! Thank you! - signed, a Boro Park resident
Omg!! Lets draft a nominee for best documentary to the net works! Really enjoy your collab with peter. Definitely makes sense to move forward to other narratives that are not being exposed in other communities ect, ect. Its always best to come to an end on projects.
This is probably the most interesting video series I can remember in many years. I found the Hasidic community to be absolutely endearing. I was struck by the kindness of this community, I was just so impressed with how well thought out every detail was. Of course I was scared to death by how many details were prescribed by rules! But I would gladly study, for example, that model of marriage against every other model I've seen in my 65 years. It's so sad to be cast aside as you grow into maturity as a female because you're no longer what somebody wanted when they married you, which was a sex object frankly, because that is what our modern culture teaches us is valuable. When actually a mature woman is at the height of her value as a human being!
Loved the series. Born and raised in Brooklyn, but still gained insight. I have been telling everyone to watch. Intriguing to see a positive portrayal for once.
I am not from NY, nor am I Jewish, but I was raised in a city that has a very dynamic and vibrant Jewish (non Hasidic) community. Many of my friends and schoolmates were Jewish, so I probably had a more "open" opinion of these Jewish people. I've always been curious to learn more, though, especially about the Hasidim. To me, Jewishness is so much more than "just a religion". It is the story of a people and a way of life, almost a philosophy about life and God. This series is absolutely wonderful to me and I've learned to love Judaism and Jewish people even more through it. For my own small part, I'd like to personally thank Peter and Shloime and all of the kind and wonderful people of Boro Park, Williamsburg and Crown Heights for their participation and welcoming attitudes in these videos. Mazel Tov!!
Shlom (this is what I called Shloime behind the scenes 😄), that was an amazing run with you! I look forward to meeting up and doing another video in the future.
Most definitely! Can't wait!
You guys did amazing work. Thanks
Peter we will miss you
Great job u guys!! Very interesting!! Good luck on new projects!!
Goooood Shabaaaattt......goooood Shabbbaaaaat!
The series should get a best documentary miniseries award -- surely this exists?
🙂👍
You guys are such good team 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼. Thank you for all the wonderful content 🙏🏼.
I had the same thought.
You could nominated Peter for a Streamy or similar awards.
I so agree!!!!!!!
I am not Jewish, I don’t know why I got to those videos, but it was amazing to see part of your community through these videos, I live in NYC and now I respect and admire your community much more. You are an incredible person.
I agree. Well said
Me too. I feel like I am missing something great.
Yeah I wish I was part of a community. Such beautiful people.
🤜💎🤛🙏 Beautiful people
@@kayla7562 Read the Talmud and find out what they actually think. They're lying.
"it made the community look human." that's exactly what great filmmaking should be doing, this is the only way forward
I am Muslim myself and loved every part of this series !
So interesting to understand more about the community and your culture. Thank you for sharing this with us, love and peace to all !
Family is Muslim and we loved it!
Thank you for doing this series
Tremendous Kiddush Hashem
I’m Hasidic myself, and this series made me appreciate my lifestyle even more.
Peter is one of the most open-minded people I’ve ever seen.
Peter is an example how all people should be. Very sad in these times that traditional cultures with morals and values are being cancelled out.
Peter is not alone :)
You should always be proud of who you are
Shliome is very open minded aswell, im not from the chassidish community but from a yeshivish community i grew up going to bais yaakov one of reasons i left was because of the close minded people and not having the freedom to express myself how i wanted
Please come to Montreal and see our communities, and we have great food at wanda's, chez paris, amazones, all kosher.
THANK YOU SHLOIME 👏🏼
THANK YOU PETER 👏🏼
THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE INVOLVED 👏🏼
As a Muslim woman i learnt ALOT from this series so THANK YOU x1000000000000000000000000
Shloimes opinion at 5:01 is 101% ON POINT 👌🏼🙌🏼
Why do many caps
Grateful “Gentile” here. Love the Jewish people and loved seeing the Hasidic community. Thank you for opening your world to Peter and all of us!
Gentiles are obligated to keep the 7 Noahide commandments. Good luck.
@Hrvatski Noahid I’m confused…what point are you trying to make?
I appreciate Peter Santenello, I'm his followers.

well done amazing series, thanks so much for your openness and Peter´s non judgemental all embracing presence! :)

Wow, thank you!
I really enjoyed the series. I live in rural New Zealand and there isn’t any Jewish people around me at all nor have I actually meet a Jewish person while travelling the world so this really opened my eyes and isn’t at all what we see on tv. Thank you for allowing us to see your world.

Their perspective was valid for them?
No they are all liers who are just attention whores.
Lol
Such a beautiful culture, community and of course Religion. 🙏
Shloime, I love the idea of you taking this further and showing and teaching us more about your culture!! I am so sad that Peter's series is over and I think I speak for a lot of us when I say that we are interested in much more!! Blessings!! It truly was incredible that you and Peter connected and made this happen.
Absolutely enjoyed the Hasidic episodes. Complete respect for your culture, beliefs and traditions.
lived in North Jersey for many years and had a very different view of the Hasidic community.
Beautiful series! I came to have a great appreciation and love for many Hasidic people through work I did in the early 2000’s.
Wonderful!
I will say I've been watching Peter's videos and I have to say I love watching you both together. You have such a wonderful and positive energy and attitude.
Thank you so much!
Because of Peter I, a non-Jew, subscribed to your channel so you’re going to have to be the one to keep showing us the inside scoop now. Thanks.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Shloime - I’m from Toronto so I know more about the Hasidic than a lot of people but Peter’s series was fascinating. I completely agree that we are all human!
It's amazing the world gets to see what I saw living in NY for some time. The nicest people and nicest areas you will ever see!
I’m deeply Christian, and I love the Jews. I’m so grateful to hear the Hasidic story. Blessings, my brother.
So glad that you reached out to Peter. Thanks to you, his videos on the Hasidic community are outstanding.
Agreed!
Schloime, I just would like to thank you for all this teachings about the hassidic community, it was a blessed journey, as a long time follower of Peter I was amazed how you guys accomplished on this mission and now Schloime I'm your follower too, all the best...
Shloime, You are an ambasador on a sacred misson. Proud of you. Our faith need more like you.
Very well done...I work for the Hasidic community.. Love Them All, The family's are amazing.
So good of Peter and you to have done this, Shloime! Many thanks 🙏
Shabbat shalom
I'm Jewish, live in R.I, grew up Reform and have visited Crown Heights w/ Chabad from RI. I love Chabad. They are so warm and welcoming! I loved the series! Great job. 🥰
Thank you and the members of your community for allowing me to learn about Hasidic community, i have enjoyed it! THANKS
It's my pleasure
Really enjoyed the series you guys did. As an evangelical Protestant from a small town in England, Hasidic New York looks like a completely different culture and experience from what I'm used to. I love to learn about theology, so thanks for all your input. Peace be with you!
The series opened my eyes to a whole new world. I follow many Jewish personalities including this channel, I enjoy Jewish music, taking my first dive into scripture, and am learning many things about life. The series has absolutely changed my life forever.
I'm Muslim and I watched the series and I love it's so much , it's so informative , thanks 🙏
I've been consuming Peter's videos on your community and am enthralled! Thank you for opening this door!
Welcome!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I subscribed to your channel now because I learned so much from Peter's show with you. Love it and love and light to the Hasidic Community. Watching from South Africa
Dear Peter,
I saw you interviewed by Allison Josephs of Jew in the City.
Dear Shlomie,
Chazah U'baruch & Kol HaKavod to opening your home, your community, other Hasidic communities and the hearts and minds of many. The friendship & respect you and Peter have for each other is exemplary.
I think it's great and your sincerity really came through on all of the videos.
I wish you both great success in all your endeavors, both personal and professional.
Best,
Judith Nassi Cohen
Los Angeles
Shloime, than you and the Hasidic communities that made these series possible. We need more bridges among the communities not walls. I really like the Shabat dinner with your lovely family and the meeting with the Rabbi.
No doubt!
Hey Shloime, this series was truly amazing! Thanks so much for helping to shine some light on the chasidishe community! I would be pretty comfortable coming on camera..
I also love your columns in the AMI! Keep going!!
Sure thing! Thanks!
Much love to the Jewish community from Puerto Rico. Blessings to Peter who make this great video of the Jewish people, may Hashem bless you all.
Peter is so much cooler on schlomies channel than his own
Loved the series. Born and raised in Brooklyn, but still gained insight. I have been telling everyone to watch. Intriguing to see a positive portrayal for once.
This has brought me closer to my Jewish heritage and answered many questions I would have never asked. Shalom friends
Mazel Tov!!
I am so glad you reached out to Peter. I love the videos!!
