Can we expect skilled trade draw soon ?
The recent draw of July 11 had lower cutoff score of 408 which looks pretty high compared to previous draws. Can we expect draws with lower cutoff anytime soon?

Question - Applied for PGWP (on Maintained Status), then had to exit Canada for a family emergency, can I continue to work upon returning to Canada or have I lost the Maintained Status as I exited Canada without receiving the PGWP?

Hello sir if i have the score of 412 and if i work in welding job my noc code is 72016. Will there any chance for pnp draw in future ? Or should i improve the score for trade . I completed one year .
Me and my wife got ontario invitation on last tech draw and we have submitted the documents on April 20th. I am the secondary applicant and my IELTS was expired on May 1st.
Will this be an issue? When we called OINP office they said its okay as its expired after submitting the documents. I am also worried if I would be able to score the same score of 9,9,7,7 if I reappear for the test. We are in canada now on temporary visa. My wife as a student and me on work visa.

Now that I am nominated under OINP HCP and waiting for my ITA I just wanted to be prepared with few things
1. Now that all my Employer Experience/ Reference letters are almost 5-6 months old will I need to get new ones for my PR docs?
2. I already have applied and got a PCC from India and it’s now 2 months old (got it even before getting an ITA). I heard it’s valid for 6 months , so will it be an issue after I get ITA and will I need a fresh one ?
My Sons score on 504, his PGWP is expiring in October 2025. On 31st May he will complete 3 year work experience, will he get ITA before that or should he go ahead with Master after 3 year experience.
What oversight authority does IRCC have over social media influencers giving immigration advice without proper licensing, contributing to misinformation and confusion? For example LMIA Job Fraud and Fake PGWP Extensions, which have created major backlogs within IRCC and eroded the value of a Canadian PR (due to the rampant chicanery)?
IRCC does not need to have any oversight on social media. That's not their job.
Its the responsibility of the applicant as to what they submit and the claims they make

My work permit Expired on June 29th. I applied for work permit extension on June 22nd and i am currently on my implied status. Currently I am eligible for CEC category and waiting for my ITA. Currently I am facing few Family problems in India. I would like to go to India. If i go to India and update my residential address with Indian address , Do i still be eligible for CEC and As my address is from India Does the processing time changes for CEC Class? what will be the processing time for CEC Class in INDIA?
When i checked for processing time For PR Application Under Application type (Economic Immigration) - > Economic class application (Canadian experience class ) It doesn't ask me from which country i apply. Can you please clarify this doubt?
