Absolutely. Mercuriall is, in my opinion, on the top of the game in terms of plugins. The feel of their plugins is fantastic. Thank you for the video!!
Like always, Mercuriall are firmly putting themselves back to the top of the pile. The Ampbox ecosystem is developing and progressing very nicely. Definitely agree with what you said about input and output levels - needs a quick adjustment as the default output level is too loud. Lowering it is easy, but it'd be cool if that was updated for new users in a hotfix.
This is my absolute favourite 5150 sim. Mercuriall is such a dark horse, phenomenal products. The blue channel is just so good, the 5150 stealth 50w is next in line as a big amp purchase for me.
Mercuriall always has a special spot in my mind. They only make a handful of amp sim but with higher quality compared to competitors at that time which make hundred of amp sims inside one plugin. Unfortunately they make only make a few new plugin during the rise of NDSP. I'm just glad they are back in the game.
I'll have to pick this up soon. I am really hoping the devs update the Recto, and older plugins with the Mercuriall Neural Hybrid Engine v3.0. Thank you for the video and sharing your thoughts.
Awesome demo tracks as always Jon! That clean green channel is great. Happy to see the Stealth modeled in plug form. Mercuriall always brings the goods.
Mercuriall is amazing guys, i bought mesa and engl e530, they sound just great. I was especially pleased with mesa at that time, because buying rev.G for home is problematic for me and takes up a lot of space. As always, thanks for the video and good luck to everyone, guys.
Crazy how much definition the III's have at every single gain level. Such great sounding amps. I think the C (classic) is the 6L6 III (the original one from 2007). If they added the EL34 (or whatever one is missing) this would be the best 5150III plugin by far. Been keening for a plugin with all 3 of the sounds in it.
Unrelated comment to this video that can't thank you John enough for your "crank that shit" approach you showed in the how to dial in tube amp tones. The mark V extreme setups sounding "normally" great was very memorable.
The blue channel always works well for using distortion pedals as a boost. Pedals like TC Electronic Eyemaster or Fangs, Boss Heavy Metal, Metal Zone or Metal Core, Fat Rat and Turbo Rat as well as their clones, EHX Metal Muff, Horizon Devices Precision Drive, OCD, Way Huge Swollen Pickle, and various other boutique pedals for high gain metal, including brands like Klirrtone, AllPedal, Lichtalaerm, and more. Mercuriall actually makes a Metal Zone plugin, so...
Those were great sounding tones, and the Plugin looks beautifully designed for versatility and ease of use. 👍 As always, your demos, playing, gear choices, and explanations present everything that an end user could hope to get out of their gear if they did everything right. Kudos, and thanks! 😎
I had the Mercuriall Cab 3.0 and just figured, "Well, that's... something." but this seems to be a vast improvement. Some really usable stuff in there.
Hi, man! I have a qustion: in a recording scenario is it ok to make sublte changes in the tone of your guitar from one track to other? For instance, if I'm using the amp X for all the tracks it would sound ok if in some of the tracks I blend the amp X with amp Y and in some other the amp X with amp Z, but trying to make the amp X sound the standard one for the majority of time? Thank you!
@@SonicDriveStudio Thank you so much! I was wondering about it because of the "identity of the album" in respect to the guitar tone. I don't know how much change from one track to another is too much.
never absolutely never plugin amp can't be compared to real tube amp. Same goes for cabinets responses I delete already over 2 GB library. I just purchase Shure SM57 the real one not the fake you can find for 20-25$ even my cabinet speaker is crap I get amazing tone so far. You want great metal guitar sound you need real equipment. Someone may say ' but these AMPs plugins are cheap for my budget' ohhh really? some licenses for these programs cost around 200-350$ SO with this kind of money I will purchase the real stuff. Nothing against plugins ofc but digital- analog haha come on
Definitely NOT "just another 5150 plugin"! Thoughts?

I have all of Mercuriall's freebies. That chorus is fantastic But I think I have all of the 5150 clones I need with the ML Sound Labs plug-ins. :D
I think this is the first time the Stealth has been put in a plug in and I like that they put both circuits in the plug in!
It is in Neurals Gojira Plugin as well

Mercuriall makes great products. Their Euphoria plugin(Bogner Ecstasy) is one of my favorites.
Really happy to hear that Max Morton is still able to run his studio during the war and even continues cooperating with the Mercuriall guys. Awesome!
Your drum programming is so good
Thank you! :)

First time hearing about these guys. Sounds awesome!
They’ve been in the game for quite a while. Great stuff
I really wish they did a GUI change to the “Ivory” when you flip the switch to the “C” setting

Love these amps. What tuning are you in? Sounds killer good.
From Russia with Love !!!

It sounds really good imho!
is there fuzz?
Nooo...! I just bought the ML 5150. Mercuriall amps are always my favorite feeling and sounding. If they made a Friedman, I would freak.
hows the ml?
Is there a demo on amp box so I can try it out?

Ждем сравнение с реальным EVH 5150 iii

Sounds ok but not as good as NAM with some good 5150 profiles and it's free as well.
Software is ok but it's not ,at this time, up to the sound standards you have sitting on the shelves behind you. I don't bother with software anymore.
The new Fender Tone Master has a much better sounding EVH 5150 than this amp sim for sure!
Well considering the price and the fact that Fender makes the 5150, I would hope that it sounds better.
and your music isnt beautiful as well
