Cooking your own beans is much better (if you have time). I boil together with peanuts/ groundnuts. I also use nutmeg and curry, I love their flavor and the aroma. I’m used to traditional way of mixing carrots and potatoes but never had githeri with sweet potatoes. I’ll give this one a try.
