Sorry I didn't see this comment earlier, gearing in my opinion is not good in the 450, only option is a 3.73 and it's expensive. Did help tho, maybe 2100rpm @80mph
@@TandDAutomotive82 do you know what kit/gear you bought? If I can find 3.73s I'll keep this 450 for my Cummins swap. If not, I'll likely have to sell it and find a 350 with more ideal gearing.

Man that’s awesome! I’m about to the exact swap on a 2010 f250. Hoping it still tows as well as the 6.4 did!
It tows great, i did get a fuel package from power driven diesel just to get the power level up a little. Also put a lower stall converter in
Where did u get your kit to convert everything or how did u know where to go
How were you able to get rid of the check engine light after the swap
Hp tuners give you the ability to turn off the emissions from the 6.4

@TandDAutomotive82 do you still have stock gear or did you go 3.73? If you're still running stock gear, is it 4.30 or 4.88?
I swapped to the 3.73, my truck had the 4.30
