I hate their shields at times. Worked on one car 3 times in a day looking for the so called noises under the frame and drive shaft. Finally I said f it and took it out for a joy ride. Amide a sudden u turn I heard the scraping and tapping noise. Back at the garage I just stood up and walked back to the rear passenger (it's always the back passenger or driver's front tire! Why?) reached under and pulled off the shield with my bare hand. Smh.

Step one: place head on edge of table facing oil drain plug Step two: pull beard on table to smooth it out as flat as possible Step three: pull off drain plug and let oil fall onto beard Step four: once all oil is drained and beard is fully soaked, insert drain plug safely back in port. Step five: carefully pull head back and stand tall and whip that newly oiled glorious beard in the air and grab a beer to stand in your new majestic Mechanic form of a job well done. 😂😂😂

    • @TandDAutomotive82

Sorry I didn't see this comment earlier, gearing in my opinion is not good in the 450, only option is a 3.73 and it's expensive. Did help tho, maybe 2100rpm @80mph

😂 my wife did this, to 2 vehicles. Wore the brakes completely out, completely ate up the pad, the steel backing for the pad and part of the calipers. The first time I noticed her car was starting to get a rusty coating on it, on a dark metallic blue explorer, so it stuck out. The other car later on was 2 toned and had a gold cladding on the lower half, didn’t know anything was up until I went to drive it one day, the car idled through the brakes, they literally would not stop the car from idling forward or backwards, I jumped her ass that day for driving it like that and how dangerous that was, to literally have only a hand lever e brake for brakes, and that didn’t do good at all.

These are the easiest to diag. 1 they leak all the time, 2 if you miss the passenger side frame rail ant drain covered in green pag, you smell it out the vents. Fyi, you donated to remove the dash on the drivers side. You can swing in on the passenger side and leave the bolts in put loose on the driver's side except the 10 mil under the mirror and the steering shift bolt.
