      Zakir Aliyev Thanks for your comment! and yes, じゅうしちにち is correct too, as there are sometimes several way to express number. For instance, when you want to say 7th of some month, you could either say, しちにち(shichi nichi) or, なのか (nanoka).
      When you are making an appointment over the phone, for example, the operator might say じゅうななにち (jyu nana nichi) instead. And this is because じゅうしちにち (jyu shichi Nicholas), like how you said, sounds very similar to じゅういちにち (jyu ichi nichi), which is 11th, so using じゅうななにち might be better in some situation.
