SANEZOO GRASP with UNITY surface inspection. Makes bin picking obsolete.

  • Shiny metallic shafts, randomly scattered in a KLT box, are grasped precisely and firmly by an industrial robot, its surface is evaluated by the SANEZOO UNITY and based on its 3D surface structure sorted into OK and NOK bins. The robot knows exactly how each part is grasped by which picking point and from which direction. This is needed for defined and accurate placement in front of a visual inspection system, in a machine, in a blister or for assembly or manipulation processes.
    Please note, that the video is not manuipulated, the sound is original, cycle time is real (and can be optimized!). The parts cannot be picked easily, manipulation is not simplified by an easy geometric shape or hole in the part. SANEZOO GRASP is universal, does not depend on approximate gripping using suction or magnetic grippers, the arm can move precisely with full speed.
