I put so much in my smoothies lots of fruits & veggies & vegan yoghurt & nuts (walnuts/almonds) & seeds (chia/flax) and after i feel so energised and happy and ready to have lunch later! Xx
I use a pour over too! I prime the filter first with a little bit of hot water first that’s what they do at my coffee shop. It sticks the filter to the side and helps the coffee bloom better 😊
Pro tip (from someone who lives where you probably get your almonds in your almond milk) almonds aren't very sustainable, oats and oat milk are much more sustainable, almonds use A LOT of water.

The soap you use,might be a cleanser,but soap is soap,not even the dove soap is good for your skin have you tried the simple cleanser? have you been to the body shop?sorry you have problems with your food,I know when I was pregnant,I had trouble having three meals a day,then they wanted me to eat between,then I went back to normal.
